Chapter 19 ~ Love....

Kai turned red....Oh my god.....YES!

"I-I...I...I love her...." He says. "More than a f-friend..." My heart beats fast and I smile.

"Finally." I say. I knew it since they met. The way his face lit up when he met her. It all makes sense now. OML MY SHIP HAS SAILED!!!

"What do you mean."

"Well I always knew you liked her. When you met her your eyes lit up like fireflies." I say. Sakura has liked Kai too. She told me a year ago.

Last year.....

"This reminds me of Kai." Sakura smiled showing me a rose.

"What makes you say that?" I ask.

"Well, It's beautiful." She smiled. The she got shocked she said it.

"Oh my god you like him!!!" I screamed and she got red.

That was the best day at the mall ever.

He likes her oh my god this is perfect.

"Really?!" He exclaims. "Was it really that obvious?!" I giggle as he worries.

"Don't worry she likes you too." I smile. He smiles at me.

"So...I should ask her out?" He asks me.

"Well...When your ready you will know when to." I say. He smiles and gives me a huge hug.

"Thank you Aiko."

"No problem Kai." I smile.

He lets me go and we go back in the room. Kiatsu looks at me sadly.

"This is my last night here Aiko. I can't stay tomorrow."

"Then let's make the most of it." I say smiling and sit next to him. Kai sit next to Sakura and she wakes up.

"W-what what did I miss?" She bounces up I shush her.

"Nothing nothing at all." I smile and Kiatsu puts one arm around me. He smiles too. And I feel safe again. I think the thought of sleeping as I look at the time it's only 5:00pm. I think about my life and how its changed over this winter break. I think of how Kiatsu and me met. I think of Kotoko's face when she saw her gift. I think of meeting Hana. And to think there is still one more week left. I wonder what Im gonna do. Tasaku is coming back we will have a lot of catching up then it hits me I need to get him a gift for next week. So I decide on Friday to go to the mall because the rest of the week especially tomorrow we all will be spending the day with Tasaku.

"Kai wanna go to the mall Friday?" I ask.

"Can't I will be busy with baseball." He answers. I look at Sakura.

"Nope. I got a party to go to." She sighs.

"And I'm gonna hope I can see my sister." Kiatsu frowns. Im sorry Kiatsu. I hug him and we talk about marvel and Naokatsu wakes up and we have a fun time. We smile. We laugh. We love. Maybe he's right this love is the best kind but I want to find affection love. I was young ok of course I wanted my happy ending. I always have. I still do. I want to have a family of my own.

I know that's kinda weird but doesn't everyone. Kiatsu loves Hana. Trusts me like a sister. I trust him like a brother. Plus....I was waiting for the perfect guy.....Who knew he would come into my life so soon.....We will get to that later. That night I slept in a blanket in Kiatsu's arms. I know that sounds like I love him but I don't like that. He's the best bro-cousin in the world. Plus a couple days after this night I had my heart stolen.

But for now let's focus on this moment. Kai and Sakura were so cute as she fell asleep in his arms. They were like a couple and they were adorable omg. I can't believe they may be together soon. They were so cute that night. I wish I was like them. To have someone who loves me...To be in love and to have something bigger than myself.....Hehe who knew I was gonna fall in love soon though. That a couple days later I would be swept off my feet. At the time I thought I was kinda ready for it.

But you know what I wasn't ready for that day....To say goodbye.
