The First Class

Over the next week, the five people started to work together. The previous two factions had Brian as a mediator, and started to not hate each other so much. There were definitely still some tension between the two parties, but Brian had exploited their experiences - no, it was reasoned with them, yes, that's it-

Brian utilized their thirst to get stronger to bond the group together. The two groups began with group spars. To make people familiarize with each other, Brian randomized the groups after every few spars.

Because they had all experienced the training and power of 5 people, they all had astounding progress in their training. Since the other three previously did not know the secret of secondary skills, they could only get those that Brian and Caesar had.

Brian and Caesar's secondary skills all made it up to Brilliant Late stages and the others to Good Late Stages.

Their primary skills were all boosted to Brilliant too, all with different amounts of accomplishment. Of course, Caesar already had Godly understanding so he had more time to train his other skills. He could already utilize 950 claws at once.

Brian, as the control freak he was, created strict training regimens for everyone to follow. He included eccentric training such as hide-and-seek. Obviously this was not ordinary hide-and-seek. Since everyone had already developed their Hide skill quite well, this was obviously the main thing being trained.

Also, this training skill actually helped in many other aspects. It developed the perception of the seeker team as they needed to find the people hiding. This could be seen as at the start, the hiders always won, but slowly, more people were being discovered.

Moreover, it helped with reaction speed and adaptability in unexpected environments. The rules of the game were to tag the opponent. Therefore, the hide could use distractions with their skills. This added an aspect that people did not expect, and it helped them visualize what a real fight would be, full of twists and turns.

Before they knew it, they had become acquaintances, not friends yet, but close. Brian was proud of his progress.

After week, principal Jones showed up beside the courtyard where they were sparring. "Come on, time to go to class. It's good to see that all limbs are intact. Now follow me."

Following the principal, the five students entered a black limousine. When they went in, they were shocked and their mouths were gaping. On the outside it already looked like a luxurious limo, but the interior was actually stunning.

Lining the side were black leather couches that were made out of memory foam for max comfort. Moreover, mini-robot maids were in the center, preparing to hand you your car-made cocktails. Of course it was a hover limo so there were no worries of spilling your delicacy due to bumps and pits in the road.

As another feature, there were holographic televisions at the front as well as the back, in case there was a disagreement on what to watch, which did happen.

Caesar and Daisuke, the carefree people that they were, wanted to watch the v-sports channel, something very popular with the growing virtual reality. V-sports were basically normal sports except with the ability to use your skills. Sports was still popular, don't get me wrong, but who really wants to watch people kicking balls when you could watch people summoning walls to block the soccer balls. It was a no-brainer.

Anyway, off that topic, and back to the disagreement. William and Akbar had become good friends and were inspired by Brian, becoming full-fledged masochists. They wanted to watch "How to be good at stuff 101".

This disagreement almost started a fight in the car until the chauffeur turned around and informed them that there were two TVs. Looking at these four people making a storm out of a teacup, Brian and Principal Jones just sighed in their hearts.

Along the way it was very weird for these two spectators, as both parties were trying to increase the volume to drown out the other side's show. The lost-for-words spectators were suspecting that these people didn't actually watch the show at all.

---

Finally, after a lot of max-volume TV playing, they had made it to their classroom. Exiting the limo they immediately resumed their act. What act? Good question. Having lived through five lives, two of them being noble ones, our five "friends" know how important public opinion was.

Therefore, whenever they were outside they would all act as friends. Brian was fine with this as he suspected that with enough acting the feeling would become real, which it had already started to do.

When arriving at Court 1, everyone made way for the five people. It was a very majestic scene.

People on the side were all discussing these five geniuses and their relationship. Entering the classroom, they nodded to each other and separated, one person at each corner and Brian in the middle.

Everyone was perplexed by this and thought that they wanted to become one with the class and not just stay together in one group. They felt very proud that these important people took time to try to socialize with them.

This was one reason, but the main reason was no actually that glamorous. the five wanted to maintain public relations but also didn't want to be with the opposing "faction", so just split up. This conclusion, which was decided the nigh before, made Brian facepalm many times.

Then the teacher came in.

Everyone stood up.

"Good, good, you can sit down!"

Their teacher was actually extremely young, probably around 30, only ten or so years older than most of them.

After a basic introduction, they realized that this man was the genius of the century, or millennia, though it hadn't been that long yet, so they weren't sure. This man, merely at thirty, had a Godly understanding of his primary skill as well as five secondary skills, with Brilliant for 10 others.

Discussion broke out.

"Wow!"

"This is a genius!"

"haha, I'm ashamed that my family actually called me a genius!"

"Yeah! Same!"

"Quiet!"

This loud voice obviously belonged to the teacher. Everyone immediately silenced themselves, not even daring to breath.

Then the lesson started.

The teacher talked about the intricacies of every class of skill, things that our five acquaintances already knew because of their extra memories. Seeing that the teacher didn't plan to change his topic, these five started dozing off.

One had to know that constant physical activity for a whole week was very tiring.

And so, one by one, their eyelids started closing.
