Well, that’s all true. But for me is playing the game you like and still get money or get paid for it.

Hua Shu, a university student and game otaku, get invitation to become beta tester for a new game along with 3 his roommates. The new games title is “Zombie Hunter” take setting in after apocalypse world where zombies and mutants roaming all around the world. The tester who manages to survive until the test period ends will get ample bonus and prize.
Wait, doesn’t it sound so normal? Like ordinary game you play?

But not in this story.
Why? What’s the secret? What’s the hint?

Zombie Hunter

When time shows 5.30 p.m, participants gather again in the big hall like what they already told to. Although they already to gather at 5.30 still, there are some participants that come late to the hall which makes other participants silently cursing them because making them must wait.


Miss Xia Lan, who acts as the host again, comes from the rear side of the hall and walk to the stage. After seeing all the participants already gather in the hall, Xia Lan starts her speech.


"Ladies and gentlemen, thank you for your cooperation to gather in here again at 5.30 p.m. I guess you already have fun and good times before we gather in here again, right?"


"Alright, since start tonight the test will begin, your fun time is over. We demand your professionalism as a gamer and as a beta tester for our games. After this gathering, you will be given a key to the room where you will do the testing. Please make a lineup and walk through the door on the rear side of this hall. There're staffs that will guide you all to the testing site. Is that clear?"


Miss Xia Lan withdraw from the stage and the participants start to make a line in front of the rear door. Hua Shu and his friends also line up with other participants. 


Jing An: "Finally bro…we can test the game"


Hua Shu: "Yeah…but it seems we will be placed in the separated room"


Jing An: "We're not placed in the same room?"


Hua Shu: "I'm afraid not…so please watch your behavior when none of us is around. Don't make any trouble that disgraced the name of 'Crazy Quartet', you understand?"


Hua Shu: "Who else? You're the troublemaker in our group"


Mu Kui and Jan Cox only laughing when hearing the conversation between Hua Shu and Jing An. And just like Hua Shu said before, when they arrive in front of the door, the staffs there give them magnetic cards with a number on its surface. After leaving the hall they follow the participants that already come out from the hall, heading to somewhere they don't know yet.


Jing An: "Mine is 50, so our room will be side by side bro"


Jan Cox: " The biggest number here, 52"


Hua Shu: "At least we still in the same row maybe and not separate too far from each other"


They still walk for a while in the paved road. From the big shadow in front of the road, it seems this road leads to the mountainside. After walking for about 10 minutes, finally, they arrive at their destination. A big gate stands in front of them and there are some securities officers equipped with firearms take guarding position in that area.


Jing An: "Bro…why there're security guards here?"


Hua Shu: "Because this is their secret place…of course, they will place some guards here"


Jing An: "They carrying guns bro…do you think that gun is real?"


Jing An: "Is that means we can't strolling leisurely around here, bro?"


Hua Shu: "Unless you want to die from lead poisoning, I suggest you not wandering around aimlessly"


Jing An: "Don't scare me like that bro…that's not funny, you know?"


Hua Shu: "Ssshh….enough chatter, it's almost our turn to enter. Whoa…they really meaning in the security"


Yes, to enter the gate, participants must put their palm in the fingerprint sensor and put their face closer to the eye scanner and scanned before the gate open.
