Amon turns his head to the south of the village to focus his attention on the noise. He sees a small flicker of light in the darkness of the forest that flashes towards the village. In the blink of an eye, a women with silver hair emerges from the air.
She lands near the bonfire with shear force causing the ground beneath her to break and bits of rubble to fly into the air. The momentum of her jump shakes her silver hair causing it to sway from side to side. She uses her fingers to redirect her bangs to the right side of her ear exposing her face to the light of the bonfire.
Protecting her upper body was a breastplate intricately designed with swirls and contours which gracefully wrapped around her voluptuous breast and tight body. Underneath her breastplate she wore a battle dress dyed with the color of crimson red.
The village that was once full of energy and commotion is now silent. Only the burning crackle of the bonfire could be heard. Everyone's attention is focused on the silver haired female. With the protection of her greaves, the female warrior kicks a burning log onto the straw hut. The fire engulfs the home and quickly spreads to the neighboring huts. The once peaceful village now looks like a scene from hell as if the devil himself took the shape of a female warrior to wreak havoc on the village. The crimson battle dress dances in the wind mimicking the movements of the burning fire.
The villagers scatters in a panic and rushes to their burning homes in hopes to salvage any item they could manage.
Among the panic and despair, several tribal men among the hunters gathers in formation. They position their spears towards the female warrior, ready to challenge her at a moment's notice. Before they can make a move, Gale weaves to the front of the group and commands them to hold their position. "I will take care of this women," he says with a firm voice." The hunters hold their position.
The silver haired women is alarmed by the unfamiliar language she hears from Gale. She quickly scans the crowd of tribal men and identifies Gale to be the strongest warrior among them. She thinks to herself, "Lady Grace specifically mentioned to bring them back alive. I must invoke absolute fear in their minds so there is no resistance." An evil smirk appears on her face as she makes direct eye contact with Gale.
Alice unleashes a sliver of her aura as she taunts Gale by slowly striking the tip of her thumb across her neck.
"As soon as I destroy their strongest warrior, they shall know the true meaning of despair and hopelessness," she thinks to herself. She speaks in a voice that empowers her presence and commands the attention of the surrounding villagers. "My name is Alice… lay down your spears or you shall suffer the wrath of my power!" The villagers that were once running in panic are now positioned behind the group of hunters. They place their hope and trust on Gale.
Gale looks at her in confusion. "What language is that, even if she was from another tribe the dialect shouldn't be that different," he thought. Gale takes a step forward and tightly grasp his spear, "it doesn't matter if you don't understand me, "YOU WILL PAY FOR WHAT YOU HAVE DONE!"
Gale raises his spear
"KYAAAAH," Gale cries out as he charges towards Alice. "Her aura is strong, but she has no weapons, I will end this quickly," Gale analyzes as he gallops closer to Alice. He thrust his spear, aiming for her heart. "Clank" the iron head of the spear is stopped by a sudden metal wall as sparks flies from the collision.
Gale jumps back, and stares at the women with amazement and disbelief. "What trickery is this?" he shouts to himself internally. "Right before I was about to thrust her plate, she materialized a metal shield from thin air."
Alice face slowly emerges from the corner of the shield. "hahaha... HaHaHa.. HAHAHA!" The sound of her laugh increases with each ha. Her mouth waters from the thought of killing. She licks her lips and thinks to herself, "that look on his face was priceless, I can't wait to see the look on his face when he realizes how powerless he is."
Gale springs his spear back preparing himself for another thrust. "Pah, Ha, Kyah," Gale does three quick consecutive thrust, "triple strike!"
"Clank, Clank, Swoosh," Alice blocks the first two strikes with ease. The shield dissipates into thin air.
Instead of deciding to block the last strike, Alice takes it head on. At the last moment, Alice elegantly twist her body just barely dodging the last strike. It's as if she could read his every move. She steps forward into Gale as he springs back his spear for another thrust. "How disappointing," she thinks to herself.
She clenches her fingers as if grasping for thin air and a falchion sword materializes onto her hands.
"Slash, Slash, Stab," Alice slashes with an X pattern and then stabs Gale in the heart. The speed of the slashes were barely traceable with the naked eye. The only evidence of the slashes was left by the bloody X across Gale's torso.
Gale drops down on both knees. Blood is dripping down from his body, but his heart is slowly beating. There is a weak pulse and he's barely hanging on by a thread. He looks at the remaining exposed sword attached to his body and retraces his vision back to the face of the holder. Fear consumes his mind as he realizes how weak he truly is. "I've been utterly defeated..."
