New Technique

Ashim Sarutobi P.O.V

It has been two weeks since the night my father came home and now I am able to burst the water balloon by forming the rasengan with greater physical chakra then the spiritual one. Currently, I can control the chakra with six-four ratio. I figured out that there are two ways a rasengan can be formed.

First is by forming a spherical layer of chakra, then rotate it in such a way that if your palm was a screen, then chakra would rotate clockwise on top of it. Then add anti-clockwise layer on top and that is enough to burst a water balloon, but not the air ball.

I am calling these layers, the pair layers as water would only rotate and the balloon would not burst, if there is no second layer. The force here is generated from the friction between the two directly opposite forces.

It is extremely difficult to form these layers and I am only capable of forming one pair layer and barely keeping it stable. The rasengan formed by this method would be hollow inside and consumes lesser chakra but needs more control. The destruction done by this kind of rasengan is more spread out in a larger area.

Second method is by forming a layer of spherical chakra and rotate it in the clockwise direction, same as the first method. Then supplying it with more chakra and at the same time, gradually tilting the newly supplied chakra, in continuation of the rotation.

This way, if the rasengan was a circle, then it would be lying on top of your palm and as we tilt the newly supplied chakra and look inside the circle, we see a spiral. One end of the spiral is the circle on top of your palm while the other end is a smaller circle which becomes perpendicular to the surface of your palm. Just like a wheel that stands parallel to the ground. It is less destructive than the layering method, but the more it is tilted, the more destructive it becomes. I am only able to tilt it 450 degrees if I go all out.

The destruction done by this kind of rasengan is more focus.

That being said, it is different from the layering method as there is only one layer and the inside is connected to the outside. It is a little easier to control than the layering method, but consumes more chakra. The rasengan formed by this method would not be hollow. I am calling it the core rasengan and Naruto's rasengan was probably this one as it looks the same.

Either of my rasengan is unable to burst the air ball and today, I am going to try something new.

Of all the medical books my father has given me, most of them focus on the workings of the eight gates when they are not opened. I have asked him multiple times in different ways and I came to a conclusion that his five elemental technique has something to do with the eight inner gates.

I don't know how the two techniques are related to each other, but while I was reading the books, I have gotten an idea about opening the eight gates as Duy's eight inner gate technique is not that difficult to comprehend.

It is inside the village library and anyone with the clearance of gennin can read it. Even I have read it, courtesy of my father. He has very strictly warned me not to try and use it though. The village doesn't know just how destructive that technique can be and it is stashed along with all the other crappy, unrealistic and impractical techniques.

My newer version focus more on stability than power. Generally, after opening the eight gates, the user would feel extreme physical stress. That is because, when an inner gate is opened, it generates excessive amount of physical chakra by burning the vitality of special kind of cells that are inside every inner gate. The body is unable to handle that much chakra, all of a sudden.

My idea is to use a mini, incomplete core rasengan with greater spiritual chakra than physical one, right beside those special cells, so that the excessive amount of chakra would be sucked inside. Then, I would release that chakra sucked in by the rasengan, in the atmosphere.

The rasengan wouldn't hurt me as it would be made up of spiritual chakra and it's only function would be to attract the excessive physical chakra generated by the opened inner gates.

I have already checked and it is indeed possible to make rasengan inside the body.

It sounds simple when you say it, but it would be extremely difficult to keep that rasengan stable in those conditions, not to mention that it is only a theory and never been tested, hence there is bound to be some mistakes. Thankfully, I can open the first gate because of all the body breaking physical training I have been doing all these years, starting from when I was two years old. I don't lift weights though as I don't want to stay short when I grow up.

First three gates are the easiest to open for those with good affinity for ninjutsu and any low level chunnin(Big Daddy: ten-ten's level, during the chunnin exams) can open the first gate with just a push.

Time Skip - One Hour.

After the minimum warm-up, I am now sitting cross-legged in front of a lake inside the park in my clan compound. It is the second biggest park that is authorized for the civilians and is most famous for it's many lakes. there is no one here other than the trees and birds.

After taking off my shirt, drinking water and sitting in the most comfortable position, I take in a deep breadth. Then, focus on my first gate, which is located inside my head. It is of oval shape, like all the other gates.

I focus my chakra on the wall that I have to open, if I want to open the gate, according to the manual and gather the chakra for the rasengan, right behind it. Then, push the wall with everything I have. It didn't even move. Then, I gather even more chakra and strike the wall and when I was almost at my limit, the first gate opened after vibrating a little.

Now, I feel everything a lot clearer and an immense amount of strength is flowing through my veins. I almost got up and started running. I feel like I can do anything. Everything is moving very slowly. I can feel the nature around me as my perception has increased several fold.

I calm down and focus on my first gate again. Without wasting any time, I pushed inside the chakra for the rasengan. This area doesn't have anything and has no pressure after opening the gate. It is pure vacuum. I push the chakra right beside the special kind of cells. (Lets call them vitality cells.)

Then, I started forming a core rasengan while only tilting it 90 degrees (Big Daddy: His limit is 450 degrees) and keeping the quantity of the spiritual chakra greater. It was very easy and I can maintain it with little thought as it has more spiritual chakra, which is extremely easy to manipulate and is an extension of my will and intent.

Suddenly, I feel a little less stress as if a river water was about to flood the land beside it, but suddenly a dam opened and the water flushed out. The excessive chakra that was straining my body was suddenly pushed towards the gate again, and from the gate, towards that core rasengan. It starts to mix with it and the rasengan starts to become bigger, But before it could reach the limit, I released the excess chakra outside my body, into the atmosphere.

After about two minutes, the chakra inside the rasengan is turning into the mixed chakra, as the ratio of physical and spiritual chakras is becoming half-half from the initial one to ten I formed it with. The suction force is also reducing and I started to feel pain from the rasengan.

I again provide it with more spiritual chakra and pushed some of the mixed chakra into the atmosphere, while some inside my chakra reserves, which became full again.

I think, this technique could work. It just need some adjustments.
