Difficulty of A-Rank Jutsu

Ashim Sarutobi P.O.V

It has been three days and I have done everything I can think of, yet I am not even close to accomplishing the first step of Rasengan. I would have asked father, but he hasn't come home since that day.

"Huh.. It's about seven already.! I better go home and shower, otherwise I'll be late for dinner and Asuma will eat all the good stuff. Seriously, where does all that food go, I wonder sometimes. I know he is a growing boy, but so am I dammit.!" I said to my self while gazing at the orange sky.

SFX - *Woosh PHUFF!*

I then throw the balloon filled with water at the nearby tree, pack all my stuff and walk home.

Hiruzen Sarutobi P.O.V

SFX - *Sigh!*

Life has been tough lately as the war situation is becoming more and more complicated. I barely get any sleep and haven't gone home for a week. I wonder how my family is doing. My wife is probably fine, other than missing me and Asuma has started learning taijutsu after observing that I have been spending more time with Ashim than him, over the last couple of months. He doesn't have any other motivation other than defeating Ashim. After all, he hasn't learned the meaning of the will of fire yet.

As for Ashim, I don't know what to say about him. That kid has a motivation which is beyond my imagination as no matter how much I probe him and try to understand his reason for wanting to get stronger, I can't get anything out of him. He works harder than I ever did and has an above average talent in every form of jutsu. He masters everything I throw at him and goes a step further. At the age of two he was already thinking like an adult, but intelligence can't be the reason why he pushes so hard. I have seen ninjas with even more talent and yet wasting their life, slacking off. I can see that Ashim is not loyal to the village and his motivation is something else, unlike most other ninjas.

Truth be told, I sometimes get a little scared. What if, after I teach him everything, he is not loyal to the village and rebels. What will I do then.!? Will I choose the village or my son.!? I can't think about these questions for now.

Ashim is my son and I can make him loyal to the village. I can show him the meaning of the will of fire. Until then, I will not teach him anything other than the basic jutsu and my five elemental technique as it needs to be build up from the beginning.

SFX - *Rustle! Rustle!*

I arrange the documents lying on the table.

SFX - *Tinn! Tinn!*

I then ring the bell to call my secretary.

SFX - *Click.! Creak!* (Sound of door unlocking and then opening.)

"Yes! Hokage sama."

"All the work here is done, so I'll be leaving now. Arrange everything in order." I said in monotone.

"Hai!" Came the reply.

I then, shushined away.

As I was running home, I notice Ashim walking home from training, while talking to himself. He hasn't noticed me yet. So, I followed him, a little curious as to what has him, so occupied.

"Murmur Murmur. Damn. But, that didn't work either. Hmm. If I add two layers rotating in opposite directions, it destabilizes too much and goes beyond my control, but if I add them with the difference of 90 degrees or less, the water doesn't move. Looks like I have to ask that old man after all. He think of himself to be very smart and all huh. Lets see how he solves this. He he he he Stupid old man. "

I almost jumped out of the tree, but managed to control my self. I figure that the old man he is talking about is probably me and he doesn't seem to have given up about learning new jutsus. He is probably trying to create a new jutsu himself, considering that he is murmuring all of that while coming home from training.

Since he is going to ask me anyway, might as well go home and prepare for dinner.

Time skip - Two Hours.

SFX - *Tok.* (Sound of bowl hitting the table.)

"Ahhh. The food was soo good Biwako." I exclaimed out loud.

I still remember when we were just married, I had to lie about liking the food, just because I didn't want to be kicked out of the house, but now, the food is really really good.

"I'll arrange the dishes and the cutlery" Biwako replied.

"Dad. I wanted to ask you something." Ashim said firmly after hesitating.

"What do you have to talk about.? Why do you have to talk with father alone. I am older than you. You should respect.." ---SFX - *Bam!*

Before Asuma could finish, Ashim hit him with a punch on his head.

SFX - *Bam! Bam! Bam!* Then a few more followed, but before Asuma could start crying, I intervened.

"Alright. That's enough. Stop fighting this instant." Seriously!

I am too tired after days of paperwork. I can't deal with this shit.

After several minutes of trying to calm down the situation and I, almost at my breaking point.

"Father, can we use raw chakra as an attacking method.? I mean, after chakra is released outside of the body." Said Ashim.

I see. So, he is not trying to learn a new lightning jutsu, but trying to create a new one with the change in form, like chakra blades. huh.!

"Yes, but it is quite difficult to control. How much destructive the chakra becomes outside the body, depends upon, how much the ratio of the physical chakra inside is. That is because, physical chakra is the chakra which gives the jutsu the physical form, but it is quite hard to control, but easy to perceive, while, spiritual chakra influences the physical chakra and hard to perceive, but easier to control." I replied as it is not that much of a secret anyway.

"I seeee.!!" He exclaimed, as if enlightened about something.

"By the way, what is this new jutsu you are creating? If you tell me, I might be able to help." I asked.

"Oh.! The new jutsu that I am creating is a unique jutsu that is different from any other form transformation jutsu. And the jutsu is about..." He said in a mysterious tone.

After about five seconds.

"A secret. Why would I tell you Hokage sama. Huh.?" Then he ran away.

"This little bastard." I said while gritting teeth, but a smile in the corner of my lips.

Oh well.! I can just spy on him with my new crystal ball. It has come from an old and very powerful outlander woman. 'Outlanders'. That's what we call the people who came from the outside of this continent, where the five nations are located. She gave it to me after a bit of bargaining. Apparently, the women was quite interested in fuinjutsu and Akimichi's dango recipe. I think, I could have gotten it with a few tons of dango in a seal scroll, but at the time I didn't know how much she loved dangos.
