Zaa or Buzz? [C146]

Shu Himo could not believe it, skills and magic were blocked? How was he supposed to fight against someone high in the air?

"Oh, right, I can just throw my scythe!" Upon realization, he breathed a sigh of relief… how could he forget that? However, he was then puzzled, "Integrated skills? What are those?"

Hoping to get an explanation, he was disappointed when the system did not explain anything… 'System I swear, I'm going to curse at you so much once this ends…'

Shaking his head, he knew that it was pointless to talk to himself, so he stepped forward, to meet with his soon to be opponent.

The floor was once again like the 'basilar' ones, where everything was grey colored. However, even after looking around he didn't find anyone, and instead, only heard a sound.

"Zaa!"

"Eh?"

"Zaa!"

Shu Himo was dumbfounded, what was this zaa noise? Looking around in search for the source of the noise, he saw that on the wall there was an enormous bee.

Surprisingly, the size of the bee could easily rival the same of a truck, however, apart from its size, at least in appearance it did not seem any different from a normal honey bee.

Looking puzzledly toward the bee, he asked, "Zaa?"

"Zaa!"

"It's not Zaa! You should say buzz!" He could not believe it, why was the bee doing the wrong sound?

"Buzz? Zaa!" The bee was dumbfounded, what was wrong with him?

Shu Himo was annoyed, never once in his life had he found such a stubborn bee! Usually, all the bees would just obediently making a buzzing sound… so what was wrong with this bee? Was it in its rebellious phase?!

As annoyed as he was, he decided to teach the bee a lesson, so he tried to use out of habit [Hopper] to jump toward it, yet, he felt that an intangible force 'erased' the energy and Qi that he tried to employ for use [Hopper], stopping the usage of his skill.

As if noticing that he failed to use his own skill, the bee laughed, "Za zaa!"

"I told you…" Taking out his scythe, he then threw it toward the bee, "To say buzz!"

He was enraged, not only the bee used the wrong sound, but it even made fun of him!

*Fiuu*

Even if the scythe flew fast, the bee easily dodged it, while looking amusedly at Shu Himo, "Zaa!"

Witnessing the speed of the bee Shu Himo frowned, if he had [Hopper] he could still easily catch up with the bee… but without, it would be quite bothersome to do, so he had to think of a plan…

As the scythe fell on the ground, he walked toward it, and then grabbed it as he stared at the bee, 'If I wait that it attacks me, I will be able to kill it easily!'

Noticing that the child simply stood there, unmoving, as if waiting for something, the bee moved against the wall and planted itself firmly against it, all the while it's enormous stinger aimed directly for him.

Seeing the bee's stance, Shu Himo had a bad feeling, as if something unpredictable was about to happen.

Answering his bad feeling, acting like a machine gun, the bee began shooting repeatedly its stinger!

Possessing a size bigger than Shu Himo's, each stinger appeared unstoppable, as if trying to destroy anything on their path.

Shu Himo was dumbfounded, normally when a honey bee sting once, it dies… yet, why was this bee randomly regenerating its stinger every time, and continuing to shoot it? And why can it even shoot the stinger, how does that even make sense?

Not having other choices, he began whirling the scythe using his hands, as he stared the coming stings.

The moment the first sting was about to reach him, with a slash from the scythe, it was immediately split in half.

*Strr*

At the same time, he stepped forward, without stop whirl his scythe.

*Strr* *Strr*

Every stinger, upon entering the range of a meter from Shu Himo was immediately split in half, as if the area close to him was his domain, where only he was allowed to exist.

Looking at the child, the bee finally felt threatened; feeling that around him there was an invisible sphere, acting as an inviolable area.

Advancing as he slashed every stinger with the scythe, Shu Himo finally reached only ten meters of distance from the bee, and stared at it attentively, as if waiting for something.

Noticing that he kept advancing, the bee knew that it had to run, or once he was too close, death would be the only outcome. With this decision, it immediately began to flee, flying toward the right.

However, discerning the direction the bee took Shu Himo smirked, it seems like the plan worked.

Aiming toward the direction where the bee was escaping, Shu Himo threw the scythe, while yelling, "Beware!"

Startled from his scream, the bee looked toward him, only to see the fast scythe, threatening to split it in half. Alarmed, it quickly changed direction, dodging easily the scythe, however…

*Trk*

It suddenly felt an excruciating pain in its thorax, as multiple objects continued to stab it.

Turning around frenetically, attempting to discern what was causing the pain, the bee finally saw what was happening, and while it was horrified by what it saw, it abruptly felt the same pain in its head, as the last object brought it to its death.

Actually, the scythe was only a diversion, as Shu Himo launched a silver rod predicting where the bee would try to dodge it.

He then launched all his silver rods continuously, as if he were a machine gun, copying how the bee shot with its stingers.

Hearing the usual message from the system, Shu Himo smirked, "Who said that I can't win without Hopper? My silver rods are enough!"

After taking back the scythe and the silver rods, he walked on the staircase, while readying himself to fight against the last floor.
