A stubborn and spoiled brat son of the General leading the dark elves. From the game's lore Morsé was indeed the typical spoiled son with the intense thirst for killing any living being.
His eagerness to kill humans forced her father, General Murdock to designate Morsé on the slum area of the city, it was because Morsé's prowess was not that outstanding. And the slum area reside's no adventurer so leaving Morsé to the slum alone was the safest move for the general to fulfill his son's attitude and keeping him safe at the same time.
In fact he wouldn't be Mirai's match from a head to head battle even on a body of a Rank 1 Level 1 Ranger, but from the game Morsé's body comes with a tracking spell bounded by the general himself. Killing this stubborn kid would mess the escape mission of all the player who mess with Morsé. The effect of the bounded spell will transfer to the killer, and would be haunted by three Rank 1 level 5 Dark Elf Assassins through out the escape mission.
But Mirai discovered a simple but still troublesome method. There would be no other way around since her mother's life would be on the line.
—
Mirai was traveling and as she close in the distance from her house she realized that the stench of blood thickens. And some faint shrieks could be heard. It was all the signs of the mass murder being under way. Mirai was getting closer and found some corpses scattered along the road, the corpses showed resistance but was utterly killed by countless stab through their body. The wounds from the corpses was still fresh and appeared to be caused by a light but sharp piercing weapon. Mirai was sure it was Morsé, a Rank 1 level 2 Warrior, he specialize on the use of estoc probably a swashbuckler-wanna-be like how his father was known. Meanwhile General Murdock who was only a breath away from Rank 3 was a Rank 2 Level 9 Swashbuckler who uses a rapier to stab his opponents to death.
After reaching Mirai's house she stealthy enter and found her mother hiding beside the bed, she deactivates her clandestine and reached for her mother whose cowering in fear. After confirming it was Mirai, Milda immediately hugged her daughter, and let out her tears she was holding up until now.
"Mirai, whats happening? I hear screams everywhere and saw a young man killing everyone!" Milda was in panic, she knows her daughter was a no match for the young lad she just saw slaughtering her neighbors. "Ssh, we will get out of her now mother, the drows have come to invade us. No lives would be spared!" Mirai answer while packing up her mother's thing on her new ring storage. She knows that her luck would eventually run out and probably it will be only a matter of time before she face Morsé.
But the moment she thought her luck was run out, she felt like her words jinxed the reality. A loud banging on the door startled both Mirai and Milda!
Baaaaam!
Baaaaaaaaam!
The door finally gives in and slammed on the floor. Outside the house was a young lad wearing black robe stood. Holding a three foot long estoc that was tarnished with blood and a pair of eye glowing faintly red giving a dead stare to anyone who saw it.
'Morsé!'
"Change of plans, mother you stay here!" Mirai throws a blanket to her mother whose face shows no hope for the situation. Milda nodded in fear knowing her daughter would be not a match for the young drow outside their house. Mirai then activated her clandestine and observed Morsé from the shadows. She knows everyone above her realm would be able to see thru her stealth. But Morsé was an ignorant person who only knows how to live life on a very easy way. All he cares for was his strength.
"Hello? Anybody there?" Morsé was acting like a maniac while licking the tip of her estoc, like a crazy slaughterer craving for more blood.
Mirai tightened her gripped to her blood weeper, watching Morsé walking casually inside her house, she knows even Morsé was a lousy warrior he was still trained by Murdock himself.
Mirai's plan was simple not to trigger the effect of the tracking spell. From the game's forum a player said a way not to trigger Murdock's tracking spell was not to kill him with your own last hit as long as he is not killed by the player's weapon the tracking spell wouldn't be triggered. Meaning one can kill Morsé with proper conditions to escape the tracking spell.
And Mirai actually done that from the game, a little bit tricky from Morsé's wild nature on fighting he will likely be able to give some injury to anyone who will try to kill him without obtaining the final hit.
Morsé manage to see Milda dead pale beside the bed half covered with blanket, he laugh crazily while thinking where would he stab the poor woman before him. But just as the thought was running on his mind he suddenly felt a slight pain from his nape but abruptly turn to chilling coldness.
Ambush!
Spell Imbue, Ice!
It was Mirai patiently waiting from the shadows, when she found Morsé drown from his own thoughts about killing, Mirai quickly pounced behind Morsé and strike with her dagger imbued with ice elements, turning the wound on Morsé's nape froze. If Mirai choose to use fire to imbue on her dagger it would be a sure kill and that would not be the part of the plan.
The moment Mirai hit Morsé from behind she rolled back ten feet away and took her stance again quickly, ready for the confrontation with Morsé. Right after moving away she suddenly felt a little surge of strength to her body, it was the bloody weeper's effect! She gave her stats a quick glance on her mind and found out that Morsé's blood was surprisingly pure to give her 3 points of strength! She now currently holds 15 points! It is enough for her bare punch to crush a boulder in a size of a head!
Morsé was able to recover quickly, rubbing the back of his head he was pissed knowing that his life was saved by a wrong decision, he knows that the wound he just received was fatal, if the enemy chooses a different element on the attack it would be the end for him or so as he thought. His body was strengthened by luxury potions from her father so a frozen wound would not affect her fighting prowess too much. He started to charge on the young woman clad with a red robe before her "die you little bitch!" he let out a howl of anger and pointed her estoc to Mirai!
A faint smirk appeared on Mirai's face, this is what exactly she was expecting. Mirai curled on the floor like a cat preparing to pounce on a rat. The moment Morsé entered the five feet range Mirai once again pounced, but Morsé was surprised his real battle experience was meager , in fact he never fought someone who offers strong resistance to him. He never met his match and now was doomed to be killed. Mirai didn't jumped high like what Morsé was expecting Mirai was aiming for the leg of Morsé and use the force of her pounce to give extra force for her slash!
Mirai only gave a cut that froze instantly on Morsè's leg but it was able to make the poor drow to drop on his knees.
"My, my, my.. little general, you thought it would be a quick kill don't you?"
