Corvo always had an unlucky life. He never got what he wanted and always had to fight for it. Even after he was successful at his university he couldn't get access to a better school and so he never got a job. He died young without ever achieving his dream. Fortunately for him, he got another chance. His soul was picked by a god and transported in another body in a brand new fantasy world. He looked crippled but it didn't matter because he had body cultivation. He didn't have the best techniques in the best schools and sects but it didn't matter because he had a powerful soul allowing him to improve his techniques to the limits and even make them evolve.
