He raked together his and his ministers' mind on how to stop this from occurring.


"Emperor Father, why don't we let the god of war, Muzhiruo, and the devil of war, Muluhan, and Muxiaoyu go investigate and possibly prevent any attempt of war in Huixuan?" stated Longchaun while bowing. With his head down a shadow flash through his eyes that no one noticed.


"Why Muxiaoyu? She isn't a general yet and is also your fiancé," replied the emperor.


"Emperor father, I believe that she is very reliable person who will one day surpass her father. She is the next generation out of the general Manor who will become our next general but lacks experience. However, should she go with her father and grandfather now, she would gain experience. Then she would have fewer problems when she placed in her future role," replied Longchaun.


"Mm mm, let me talk it over with the ministers in morning court," said the emperor.


A week later, the three generations of the general manor and a few soldiers made their journey to Huixuan to investigate. The information was, of course, incorrect upon arriving in HuiXuan.


 Making their way back to the capital, they met up with assassins and over two hundred unidentified soldiers who cut their trip short.


 Muluhan ended up dying saving Muxiaoyu who was left a cripple. Only Muxiaoyu and Muzhiruo survived but, since then, Muxiaoyu had fallen into a coma and didn't wake until last night, two years later. 


These things I found out later when questioning grandfather. 


Muxuanyu came to visit and began confessing everything that she and Longchaun did, all the while laughing gleefully. 


She then added, "You were so stupid to believe that I ever liked you or thought of you as a family. Don't you know that Longchaun and I are in love? Yet you thought that you had a chance! Hahaha! He never wanted you. He basically begged his father to dissolve the engagement but that stupid emperor is as stubborn than an ox."


She continued by stating, "I remember the first night we made love, he told me that you have never once entered his eyes. Do you know that your father is dead? He died trying to save you, you know. Poor Xiaoyu. Poor, poor, stupid Xiaoyu."
