While looking Muxiaoyu right in the eyes, she gently put Muxiaoyu's Pillow over her head and did not let go until she no longer felt any movement. Xiaoyu no longer wanting to live, didn't struggle when Xuanyu covered her face with the pillow.


 Her life was flashing before her eyes: she remembered when her father first taught her martial arts and how to use a sword, then, three years later, he and grandfather had to go to war. In those times, when they went away to war, she would think about him and practice on her own. 


Even though her grandfather taught her some arts as well, it was her dad whom she idolized and of the two, the one she spent most time with. 


Because grandfather was still the lord of the Manor, her dad spent most of his time teaching her when he is not away from war. Father always brought back gifts when he returned from war, mostly girly stuff that she doesn't usually wear.


 Her mother was dissatisfied with her because of this; pronounced in almost every spoken sentence. She often slipped in Xiaoyu's lack of lady attributes and her desire that she be more ladylike, like her cousin, out of her mouth. 


Her mother never ceased to remind her of how to walk more properly, like a lady which, of course, is graceful and defined. Xiaoyu never cared about being lady like because everyone knew in the capital that she would follow in her father's and grandfather's foot step and become the next general.


"I regret believing that my family would not hurt me, I wish I could just start all over again," thought Muxiaoyu before inhaling for the last time.


However, I reincarnated into her body and before she left for the netherworld she left a piece of her soul asking me to take revenge for her and to protect her remaining family. Because I have the host's permission, it seems like there will be no backlash when I fully take over her body.
