When I see dragon ball I think of carnage and powerful epic fight moments and sadly this has none of those till yet. Its going with slice of life and it is not a good genre for dragon ball universe.

I had high expectations for this, but seriously a slice of life type story in dragon Ball just doesn't suit. I kinda feels like I'm reading a children's book. Well if it gets better I will update the review.

Okay story. Character actions are not that realistic and there is a good deal of plot armor. Darc's relationship with his mother is strange when he leaves home to search for the Dragon Balls. Perhaps there were reasons for that, but the relationship was never built up, making it rather unbelievable that a mother previously described as very protective would let her 8 year old child wander the world alone searching for magic wish balls (and that she'd just accept that such a thing exists).

Boooooooo. Fucking slice of life? WHY THE HELL WOULD YOU ADD SLICE OF LIFE TO DRAGON BALL Z. SERIOUSLY WHY THE FUCK WOULD YOU DO THAT. WE WANTED EPIC BATTLES

This is the perfect combination between DBZ and cultivation. It uses cultivation ideas to fix up the martial arts system of DBZ while creating a more concise system which also explains things like SSJ transformations and how the mc can step on the path to Godhood. I do hope that he can become immortal on his own though since God kinda cock blocked him and immortality.

The OC characters who are his friends are just annoying, dumb and just awful lol the MC seems smart or strong but then he becomes passive and just doesn’t do anything it doesn’t make sense. If the author somehow got rid of these OC characters and got rid of all these people who now know of the dragon balls then I’ll change this rating but for now this is easily 1/5 since I can’t vote lower

I really liked the story, but (spoiler) the moment he blows his chances with bulma after all the build-up just killed the story for me. Although I liked the kai character, and how her character developed until chapter 50

The Mc is about as dumb as you can get. There are plenty of fan-fic's better than this one, no need to waste your time.................................

I have my doubts. Will he be stronger than the humans on Earth or stronger than anyone in Dragon Ball? Will he cultivate like those from wuxia novels and reach godhood? This is so exciting!

This is one of the best Dragon Ball fanfiction ever.. The character development is good and we don't get to see much actions till now but it will increase for sure as MC grows up...
