Series of Unfortunate Events (2)

Leena looked around where she was, it was a place she didn't recognize since she had been asleep when they brought her here. She pondered long and hard for a few hours on what to do but she couldn't think of a single thing. She strolled in the direction of where the wall was making her way through the whole that Logan made. "I suppose it wouldn't hurt to make an appearance at Kreighton's wedding."

The reception was beautiful, golden light with lavishing white flowers off all kinds decorating the entire hall. Leena had gone back to her home to change into a dress appropriate enough for the party but there wasn't much, even in Amira's closet. She hadn't been invited but she still made her way through with her Minsho magic, normally places like these would be magic proof but no one had the ability to prevent a Fiena from entering.

Leena wore a casual lilac dress that Amira had left behind and wasn't destroyed. She pinned her hair up in a messy bun, her features appeared more exquisite from her neck to her ember eyes. She was stunning and as soon as she walked down the steps on the huge ball room everyone stopped to stare. Even the bride, Clarine Ilba turned around to gawk at the woman that strolled on into her wedding party. "Kreighton, do you know that woman?"

Kreighton was just as surprised as everyone else to see Leena crash his party. She was beautiful and her visual demanded attention wherever she went, unlike Amira who catered to seducing men with her delicate features. "I do.. Excuse me dear." Kreighton may not have been in love with Clarine but he was fond of her and respected her. He walked on over to where Leena landed at the bottom of the stairs and raised his elbow to allow her to wrap his arm around his, a gesture of friends.

"What brings you here? I thought you went back to the Lost Realm." Kreighton whispered while smiling to all of his invited guest.

"I was supposed to be there but we came across a misfortune. Only nine people are allowed to cross the Door of Viaje at a time so I decided to stay. The only problem is that I don't know how I'm going to get back to the Lost Realm." Leena pleasantly smiled at the strangers they passed but she still couldn't help but notice the people whispering while giving her stink eyes.

"Clarine, this is Leena. Leena, Clarine." Kreighton introduced Leena to his now bride and the admirably shook hands.

"I love your dress, it's cute and it doesn't look expensive at all." If Clarine was snark Leena would have taken offense but she genuinely seemed to admire the dress.

"Thank you. It was my cousin's." Kreighton offered Leena some champagne, before the awkward silence fell Leena too a sip. "Your dress is quite something yourself, it's very beautiful." Leena chose the right words to say. Clarine wouldn't stop talking about the preparations of the wedding and how wonderful it was to plan. Kreighton of course wasn't listening, instead he was focusing on the issue at hand.

Leena was stuck in Botus, she won't be able to pass through the Door of Viaje because in order to do that you must sacrifice something you love. The reason why she came to him and not to go look for the stones once again was because she doesn't have anything she loves. Making a sacrifice is easy, sacrificing what you love is something you can really ever do once but she didn't have anything left.

"Honey, do you mind gathering everyone? I want to go ahead and make a toast now before the sunset disappears." Kreighton nodded, they excused themselves from Leena and moved onto a stage with an arch in the back ground covered in white flowers and strong vines.

All the guest ended their conversations and turned to gaze at the newly weds. Clarine was definitely a confident woman, Leena could see why Kreighton didn't have a problem marrying her.

"Thank you everyone for being here and celebrating both Kreighton and I's union. We are so happy to finally-"

"FIENA!" A guest started shouting and pointing to Leena with an alarmed sound. "SHE'S A FIENA!"

Leena glanced over and Kreighton and in front of everyone she disappeared into the other dimension. Minsho's all opened a portal but none could see her, she was gone. After the shock died down everyone turned around to purge Kreighton for having been friendly with the Fiena. 'Who is she?' 'Isn't he from a noble family? Why would he associate with a Fiena.' 'He is so lucky his father isn't here to see his son. He would be embarrassed.'

Clarine was just as bothered as everyone else but she remained quiet until everyone left the hall and they were left alone. "Kreighton, what's going on?"

"It's true... she is a Fiena."
