Yang Guang is the last hunter protecting his city from The Damn,

creatures that devour humans to get stronger but the damn are not the only problems that Yang Guang need to face as he tries to protect the city without being noticed by others while trying to have a normal school life.

The Damn Hunter

"I welcome everyone to the very first Song City Interschool Sports Day!" Song Ming Xue, the principle of Song City Elementary School.


Confetti of every color imaginable exploded into the air, creating a magical scene that was accompanied by the sound of clapping for all the participants and attendees for the sports day.


"First, I would like to thank all the students who made this event possible. So, I would like to welcome both of the representatives to come on stage." Song Ming Xue said.


Two people walked up onto the stage, a boy and a girl but they were not the ones Song Ming Xue expected. "Why are you two here?" She whispered to Liu Zheng Yi and Ling Xin Hua.


"We can't find Yang Guang or Ye Xing so we are forced to come up." Ling Xin Hua whispered back while keeping up her smile for everyone else.


In the distance, Yang Guang is watching the event going smoothly. The bloody stain on his chest had dried up, but there is a bigger problem going on right now.


Yang Guang's mind is in a mess, he do not know how to deal with a problem like this. Should he tell his grandparents, his friends, or should he just keep quiet about it.


The more he thought about it the more confused he got, finally he arrived to a conclusion. It was not an answer, but a question instead.


Before Yang Guang could keep his train of thought going, someone patted his shoulders. He turned his head and saw Yu Chen handing him a new set of clothes.


"Thanks." Yang Guang said as he took the clothes from Yu Chen and started changing.


"Yu Chen, I have a question for you. What would you do if someone knows that you are a damn hunter?" One of the questions burning in his mind was directed to Yu Chen.


Yu Chen did not flinch at the question, his mouth opened and as if programmed by someone the answer came out…


"People would die. The one who saw me, the ones related to that person and I will be executed without any mercy."


Hearing the answer from Yu Chen's own mouth, Yang Guang laughed.


"Then I have no reason to feel bad anymore." Yang Guang said to himself as he looked into Yu Chen eyes, he wanted to ask Yu Chen a question but he stopped before a word could even come out.


Yang Guang remembered Yu Chen's answer before, and to tell him about his plan would bring some unnecessary trouble for both of them.


"Go and enjoy yourself, after this it would be about time we face Ryageroo and the Golden Wings Legion."


After telling Yu Chen what he wanted to say, Yang Guang left him alone and walked around the school.


He was not walking aimlessly like a headless fly; Yang Guang is looking for someone. When he turned into a corner, a golden light flashed and his rattan pole is in his hand.


The usual smirk when Yang Guang found his prey surfaced on his lips, a cold glint flashed along with killing intent as he stared at his target…


Yang Guang crept up behind the unsuspecting girl, the rattan pole raised up high and he prepared to strike.


At that moment, Ye Xing felt a child down her spine and turn around only to see Yang Guang's rattan pole going straight at her head...
