In qi collecting realm level 1 to 3 were beginners realm and then from 4 to 6 were intermediate realm and had a huge difference between them and from 7 to 9 were peak realm.

Shu repeated tiger punch and dragon pulse technique as he recall he had to make his tendon as flexible as dragon and his muscles as powerful as tiger. In this technique he had to arc his body as bow to collect immense power over it's tendon and release it like bow leaving it's attack as punch acting as arrow in the first section named as sucker punch but not every person can make there tendon as flexible as Shu can so most people cannot complete this technique hence it become yellow grade mid tier technique but it's actual worth is black tier high grade technique.

collecting it's qi to nourish his bow tendon to make it flexible and his hand as hard as tiger but hitting rock continuously for 5 day Shu finally reached perfection in the martial technique.
