Chapter 3 - Foray into the wilderness

Main Character gains +1 Dexterity from your choice. You will now be more proficient at tasks that revolve around speed, reaction, and precision.

The tugging feeling that you felt in your chest wasn't one that you could ignore, you immediately stood up and dashed into the forest. Every step you take brings you farther into the woods.

Before long, the greenery and shade of the forest were all that surrounded you, and the kind caring voice of the old granny that woke you up was nothing more than a fleeting memory.

You take more than a few moments to inspect yourself over, all that is on your persons would be the leather outfit on your body and a rusty dagger. Without even having to see your reflection, you know that you are dirty, and as a result of running so speedily through the forest, now had a few minor cuts around the legs.

Around you, the forest was abuzz with the sounds of insects. A sense of uneasiness creeps into you as the reality of your situation soon sets it. You soon come to realize that you do not know how to survive on your own in the forest.

Your stomach starts to growl and rumble. You take your time to walk through the forest, slowly examining every tree and bush for something to eat.

As luck would have it, you find some berries inside a bush. They were little blackberries and smelled like honey. However, before you can stuff your mouth with them, you notice that on the other side of the bush was a bear cub.

As shocked as you are to find a bear cub on the other side of the bush, you soon realize that the bear lays there unmoving, although conscious, was not at all aggressive or even reacting to you.

A dangerous thought flashed through your mind. You look down at your rusted dagger and brandish it towards the bear cub. You see it close its eyes in anticipation.

Kill the bear cub (Chapter 6) or Spare the bear cub (Chapter 7).
