Love 020: Beyond a Beautiful Smile
A Hao Mei and KO fan fiction based on both the novel and the series; "Love O2O / Just One Smile is Very Alluring"; novel by Gu Man and series directed by Lin Yufen. I will also be referencing "Lets eat, Shan Shan" also by Gu Man.
Parts of this fanfiction will be pulled directly from the series and while I'll make a note whenever I use the direct dialogue from the series, hopefully I'll be able to maintain similar dynamics so that those passages don't stand out too much from the rest of the story that I am writing.
I do not own any of the characters from the novels or series and even though I will be adding OC's they won't be in a significant position, acting more as filler characters than plot drivers. If this changes then I will update this description and make a note at the beginning of the chapter.
I do not know Chinese in anyway so have relied on the translations of others to be able to enjoy these stories. I've noticed that many translators will sometimes use Chinese expressions rather than translating them entirely to English and I have really enjoyed the effect that this has one the story so will be attempting to do something similar myself. Unfortunately, because I don't know the language, I won't be able to provide the detailed A/N that they do... so if something I've included doesn't have a translation then please go and read their translations; show them some love and hopefully enjoy the experience as much as I have!
This IS a story about the relationship between two MALE characters... if BL/Yaoi/BoyxBoy is not your jam then that's fine... but be aware that while this fanfiction will be concentrating mostly on the relationship and dynamics of the pair, there will be instance of physical intimacy.

The story ia making me miss love O2O and wish that there’s a continuation for the story.. But this story alone is very nice, 😍love about their togetherness and friendships.. and nice romance too..
The story line is amazing. The work is done in a smooth and realistic manner. The whole plot created is really awesome and praise worthy. There is nothing to criticize about. I love bother the way the story goes and also the way of writing the story.
Excellent fan made spin-off of Love O2O. Continue the story of the cutest couple that TV land wouldn’t allow. Story created so KO & Hao Mei could live in happiness. Recommended!
This fanfic is written so well and devloped carefully. It fits so well with the Love 020 universe. If you enjoy that story and is into BL, this story will not disappoint you.
I like reading this. If it was a hard copy...I would buy it. 👍🏾 Most yaoi stories tend to have a go-to plot. This story differs from the others. I started reading this story at 4pm and it’s now after 2:30 am. I have not stopped reading this. I am sold on this story and wish success for the author. 😊
