Lonely Light

It's my 3rd day in training, I have already made such great progress, I might actually stand a chance against Do-yun using only 30% of his power. However I feel a bit tired, so exhausted, but I don't know why.

It starts to rain, it starts to pour down, even though it was so sunny this afternoon. The cold wind gusts past me. I feel goosebumps all around me as the chill starts to settle in.

I am cold. I feel freezing. I didn't think it would rain so I'm soaking wet as I did not bring anything with me. I try to find shelter in one of the shops, but they're all closed. There wasn't even a bus station I could stand under.

I see a clock in the far distance, it's already 11 pm, I didn't realize it was so late, no wonder it's so cold.

On this rainy night, the rain keeps on falling; like they're god's tears. Walking through the dark, cold, lonely streets, as the rain gets stronger. I look around, it looks so empty. There are no people, no movement of any sorts. Just rain. All you can hear is rain. I close my eyes, engulfing myself with my own darkness and face own demons.

I set myself with one main goal, and that is to be the strongest being the universe has ever known. However, I know right now that this goal is impossible. I open my eyes to the depressing streets, I walk against the rain, looking up as all the droplets spray onto my face.

I look back down to my own two feet and sigh.

I'm alone, alone with myself.

Wandering alone.

Truly alone, even tiger is sleeping right now.

I guess I'll just keep on strolling, a midnight walk in the rain isn't so bad anyway.

As I walked I then banged into somebody.

*BAM*

I saw a girl drenched from the rain, she is looking down with a cap and scarf on

"Ah, sorry, I didn't see you there"

She looks up at me with the most beautiful eyes that I have ever seen, even in the rain, my breath was stolen from me.

I start to blush a little without even realising it.

She then starts to speak

"I didn't think anyone would come out in this weather, you must be pretty stupid"

Stupid? Me? She is also in this rain, is she not?

"You must also be pretty stupid then, considering you're drowning with me"

She lets out a tiny smirk

"I guess so, I'm Dai-Tai (戴- 泰) I'm the one who'll lead you to your hopes!"

My eyes then widened slightly, the rain then lightened, even if I just met her, she may just be the spark I'm looking for, the one who'll give me a light.
