Unexpected revelation

"Are you saying a group of magicians just arrived in Tokyo? I think you should tell Luna about this."

This is what Flavio said when Egun had told him what had happened.

Arriving home after accompanying Misty, Egun told Flavio what had happened. He had found him watching TV next to Laevateinn. Although in reality, Laeva was the only one watching TV while Flavio was reading an article called "Corrupt Hentai Special Lolis".

It is expected of him.

Seriously... How old will he be? He is a human reconverted to a demon. Demons are not immortal, like gods, but they have a very long life of thousands of years. Egun had not asked him, but it seemed that Flavius had known the original Lucifer many years ago.

"A wolf in the skin of a lamb. No, an old pervert in the skin of a young boy."

"Uhm? Did you say something?"

"No, you're the one who's delirious. Maybe you're getting old."

Flavio bowed his head to the side.

"How I was saying, I think you should talk to Luna about this."

"Luna? Why her?"

Egun didn't understand. Why should I tell her about magicians?

"There is an agreement by which Golden Dawn regulates the entry of magicians into Japan. Therefore, Luna, as the representative of the organization in Tokyo, should know if any group of magicians has entered the city."

"What if they don't know anything about that group?"

"Then they have to eliminate it. All magicians who enter a country under the protection of Golden Dawn have to notify their arrival and their affiliation. Those who don't do that are considered illegal magicians and are eliminated."

Elimination. If a magician did not notify his arrival, he would be eliminated by Golden Dawn. If they were illegal magicians, Misty would also be killed by Golden Dawn...

Egun hoped they weren't. Misty seemed like a good girl, and Egun didn't think she had bad intentions. But if they were illegal, it would mean that they had no good reason to enter the country.

Knowing the rules, why wouldn't they report their arrival in Japan?

The reason is obvious. They don't want their arrival to be known as Golden Dawn.

Why don't they want their arrival to be known as Golden Dawn?

a) They are enemies of Golden Dawn.

b) They have no good intentions when they arrive in Japan.

c) Both.

"If Golden Dawn takes care of the problems in Japan, what are we Japanese for? Are they the real rulers of the nation?"

Flavio smiled at Egun's question.

"Hahahaha"

"What's so funny?"

"Golden Dawn the real governors of Japan? What a joke. As long as your adoptive father is alive, no foreign organization will be able to control Japan. If Golden Dawn can set foot in Japan, it's because the head of the Ryujin family allows it."

"What? Father is so impressive?"

"Impressive, no, I wouldn't describe him like that. He's a monster. Although it's not uncommon, considering the blood that runs through the Ryujin family."

Egun was in shock. His adoptive father, whom he remembered as loving and strict at the same time, was such a strong person?

"For the time being, don't get involved with those magicians anymore. Inform Luna about what happened and keep training. Your current strength does not allow you to get involved with other magicians. Also, that girl... stay away from her if you see her. A light attribute is never good for us demons."

"Hmm? Didn't light and dark attributes cancel each other out?"

"Yes, that's in case both attacks of the same magical power collide. But in case a light attack attacks you, it will do you 200% damage as you are a member of the demonic race. The same happens to members of the celestial race when the dark element attacks them. The problem is that these two attributes are not unique to these two races, and humans or other races can use them as well."

"I understand, I'll be careful."

Egun sat on one of the sofas. Laevateinn, who was sitting on the opposite couch, rose and leaped toward Egun, resting her head on the boy's lap.

"Flavio is right, Master. You should focus on training for now. Once you get to feel the magic, it won't take you long to increase your strength by leaps and bounds."

"Your bases are perfect. No, they are even better than that. I don't know the training you've been through, but coming from the Ryujin family, I don't doubt it's one of the top 3 in the world. This family is able to get the most out of the human body."

Flavio complemented Laevateinn.

The Ryujin family. Egun had been in that house for eight years, but they didn't seem anything out of the ordinary. Who were they?

….

The next day. Another typical school day was over. Egun was on his way to the old school building, where the student council hall was located.

Toc-Toc

Egun knocked on the living room door. The door opened from the inside, and Arthur came out. He looked at Egun for a while before entering the room again.

"President, it's that boy Lucifer. There's no need to hide the magic circles."

"Tell him to come in."

Arthur went out again.

"The president says come in."

"I'm not deaf."

Egun entered the student council hall. Inside were Ayane Sakura-chan and Luna-senpai, as well as Arthur. There was no sign of Maki or Kaori-senpai.

"What are you here for? I do not think you've changed your mind, have you?"

Luna sat in her place as president of the student council. She looked at Egun with her eyes narrowed.

"No, I'm here to report something."

Egun had not changed his mind at all. He was not going to be subordinate to anyone, nor was he ever going to bow his head to anyone. He was Ryujin Egun, and he had his pride.

"Oh... Let's see what you have to say. Have a seat."

Luna seemed interested. Similar to the last and only time Egun was on the student council, he sat on the same couch while Luna sat on the sofa in front of him. Arthur and Sakura-chan stayed on a separate sofa, like last time. The president had a smile on her face as she looked at Egun.

"Have there been any magicians entering Tokyo recently?"

The smile on Luna's face disappeared.

"How do you know about that?"

Egun relaxed. Luna's response said she knew about them, which meant they weren't illegal magicians.

"This afternoon, I met a girl who looked like a magician. She was not very well oriented, so I accompanied her to the hotel where her companions were staying. She was carrying a suitcase, so she should have arrived in the country today or a few days ago."

"What!"

Luna jumped off the sofa and rested her hands on the table. Egun felt the aura around Luna fluctuate.

"Are you sure she was a magician? Wasn't she an ordinary person who had more mana than the rest?"

"No, I'm sure. She was being harassed in an alley but has knocked the¡ guys unconscious. If I'm not mistaken, she uses the light element."

Luna frowned. She was thinking seriously.

"Light element... It can't be, none of those identified uses the light element."

Luna muttered.

"Tell me something else about her. Her physique, clothing, anything that might be useful."

"Mmm, if I had to say something, it would be that she is a beauty, without a doubt. Besides, she's very pure. She didn't even know how to use Google Maps! Her hair is pink, and her body is slim. As for clothes... she was dressed pretty normal, like an ordinary girl."

"That doesn't help at all."

Luna sighed.

"That's it? Something like a pendant?"

"Not that I remember... Wait! She was wearing a pendant with a strange shape."

Luna was already dropping on the couch when she heard Egun talk about the pendant. She leaned back toward Egun. She... seemed excited for some reason.

"What was its shape? Can you remember?"

"On her chest, she had a pendant in the shape of a crowned young woman sitting on a throne."

Luna stepped back one more time. She held a hand to her chin as she thought.

"Malkuth, eh. There's no doubt. It's them."

Arthur said as he clenched his teeth. Egun felt a strong murderous intention coming from him. It seemed that the perfect boy had history with these magicians.

"Arthur, call Kaori and Maki, they don't need to search anymore."

She gave Arthur orders and turned to Egun.

"Thank you so much for the information, Egun, it's precious."

Egun didn't understand what was going on. Luna seemed to notice this, so he said:

"You just found the lair of a terrorist group."
