AN - So I am one of the many that grew up with this series and still read the spin off's because of that, I wanted to do my own fanfic of it with a small time system that can only keep track of your abilities and make it so you can't just unlearn things over time or damage your foundation over time, keep track of skills and their capabilities  and masteries, That's all I wanted to say here's the Sypnosis.


Daniel Sheppard was 19 when he was in the accident when he opened his eyes he was surrounded by darkness with a small screen illuminated in front of him, On the screen was the line.

"You have 3 wishes left, And your Reincarnation and body creation are complementary"

The Trio had a plan to use the mechanized serpent that seemed to be modeled after the Desert Serpents from earlier,


"It seems that it was made after the Desert Serpents," Will said,


"Nice observation..." Shawn said smirking,


"The first step is to get in..." Shawn said, trying to find an entry point,


"I got this!" Annabeth said reaching under a scale,


The Serpent opened up and three rows of seats opened up, The serpent seemed to fit 6 people, 


Annabeth climbed in the back and Shawn and Will followed sitting in the front row, 


"Alright, these controls look pretty standard... Doesn't need keys, let's see power....power..." Shawn began searching to find a way to turn it on, Finding a power switch to the left he slowly flicked it and pressed the button that had a symbol that looked like the serpent enclosing,


After the 'Doors' closed the inside went dark until the power activated and the machine started humming and vibrating, the interior lit up and a screen that revealed what the eye's aka cameras saw, a wheel pulled out of the front,


Shawn looked back at the two, "How advanced were they!" he asked,


Figuring out the controls the Serpent Shot forward to the glass dome barrier, the dome shattered and sand flooded as the serpent swam through it,


"Um, Just a thought but what if the serpent doesn't work..." Will asked as he noticed some sand entering on his right,


"Don't worry its just a little sand..." Shawn said a little worried,


"That's not a little sand!" Annabeth said pointing to the hole that sand was flooding in from, The sand was pouring in as they moved, Literally buckets full...


The serpent wasn't likely to hold out for long so Shawn turned and had it shoot to the surface, The sand wasn't slowing but now it was heading to the back seats which were half full and filling by the minute, 


"How far are we!" Annabeth yelled as the sand reached her feet, 


"About 100 meters! but with this speed, it will take us a few minutes! climb up to the front!" Shawn said,


Soon the second row was nearly filled and the front row was filling quickly, Annabeth was stuck between Shawn and Will while trying not to bump any controls, 


"How much further!?" Will asked panicking with the sand at his knees,


"20 meters!" Shawn yelled the sand officially at his waist,


"15 meters!" the sand was above his abdomen now and he was hoping he was heading in the right direction,


"10 meters!" the sand was at his shoulders now and it was getting hard to breathe,


"5 meters! Get ready to take a deep breath!" Shawn said one hand covering the opening button and the other on the wheel which was barely movable now,


They broke through the surface with an explosion of sand and  the serpent wasn't opening but the sand was emptying rapidly thank goodness for that,


"I think that one is on luck..." Shawn said tiredly,
