"I guess that would be the best since I do not have the confidence to control my strength..."
"But would you be happy with that choice? Would the children be happy as well? Or would you rather stay on and teach the children differently before calling it quits? Just because you aren't powerful in strength means you are a bad teacher. Is there such thing as a bad teacher?"
"It's only a single day of teaching them, and you are so worried about your performance as a trainer. Give yourself time to adjust since today was only trying to see how powerful or weak the children are. I never said anything about you needing to control the kids, did I?"
"Even Baldwin wanted to quit several times because he thought teaching me would be akin to suicide. And not because I was a difficult child but because he was afraid that he'd go overboard and kill me with his power. After all, Dark and Light aren't great at working together."
"You should ask the senior Founders how they'd taught the younger generation. You will find some good tips about handling novices in Magecraft. However, there is one thing I should commend you for. And that is the fact you're scared to hurt the children."
Rina looked at the Valkyrie with shock.
"From experimenting with the children to caring for the kids during training, you've grown up ever since the battle in Albion. I'd never thought you would be afraid for their safety instead of your wellbeing. And I'm glad to see that you've changed for the better."
"Don't be afraid to question yourself as you progress forwards to become a better version of yourself than in the past. But you've got to have more faith in yourself to take the next step," explained Mavislin as she finished choosing the rest of the clothes.
Indigo for Duncan, amber for Circe, and grey for Nasima. Mavislin and Rina then went outside to the waterfalls to find Nasima and Circe playing in the waters away from Raiyen and Amani. The Time Mage tried his best to wash Amani's hair while Tomoe was in his animal form.
The Kitsune happily played with the girls as Rina and Mavislin approached them. Duncan was swimming around the entire basin.
"I swear, I wasn't doing anything to them," said Tomoe, putting his little front paws up in a surrendering pose.
Nasima instantly jumped up to greet Rina, effectively pulling the poor Butterfly Girl down into the water. Rina was drenched at her top as Nasima splashed water onto the soaked Mage. The Valkyrie could not help but laugh as Circe joined in the fun.
Mavislin then placed the clothes onto the grassy floor as Rina created a big splash to get back at the two girls.
"I think you've kids had enough fun in the water. Now I've got to pick out a dress for Lady Rina," announced Mavislin, as four fluffy towels appeared in her arms.
"Aww... Why can't we p[lay more?" asked Nasima, pouting at Mavislin.
"You can stay in there longer, or you can miss dinner. I heard there's mushroom soup tonight..." replied Mavislin, pretending to whistle.
Nasima was the first the leap towards Mavislin, who caught her with a towel, followed by Circe. Duncan swam towards Mavislin and shot out an arm to grab a towel. The Valkyrie gave a towel and realized Amani wasn't sitting on a rock as he swam over to Mavislin.
"What are you riding on, Amani?" asked the Valkyrie, looking at what was underneath him and passing him a towel.
"It's the baby version of Cocytus. Would you like to say hello to it?" asked Amani, getting out from the water to reveal a tiny creature with two horns, four legs, and two arms looking at Mavislin.
The little beast instantly jumped out from the water and onto Mavislin. The Cocytus started licking Mavislin's face as it were a dog as Raiyen glitched over to get the best away from his girlfriend. The Cocytus was quite heavy, but it was also quite cold to touch.
It was as if a glacier was licking the Valkyrie's face. Mavislin could swear she could've died from hypothermia if she was a human.
"Have you given a name for it yet? Perhaps it could play with my Ciel," said Mavislin, trying to see Amani.
"I haven't found a name yet. But, I'll think of one during dinner," answered the boy.
Tomoe switched to his human form as Bryan came running towards the waterfall.
"Lady Roydon! I've found some information about the thing you've asked me to investigate! First, however, I would need to explain to you what is going on with the situation at Briton. And Z is asking you about the twin of Vernice, of which I've never heard before..."
