The Ark Of Final Frame And Final Seed

Meanwhile, Duncan was having the time of his life as he turned Lancelot into his new toy to practice his cutting. His fingers were connected to the red threads as he moved his hands about.

The best part was that Duncan had yet to move from his spot but at the cost of his blood constantly dripping from his fingers.

"Do you like my new weapon? They are called Onyx Threads and can never be cut so long as I'm alive. I never thought my Blood Mastery could be used in such a hostile manner, but here we are... This will be fun for me," commented Duncan as he tugged on the threads.

The sudden pull caused Lancelot to lose the arm that held his sword. Duncan wanted to continue but saw Mordred waking in the corner of his eyes.

"Ah, I can only enjoy this for a fixed amount of time. Oh? It would appear that my sister is waking up so let's cut to the chase, okay?" announced Duncan as he licked his hand again.

Mordred woke up, gaining control of Midori's body with a brand new armor and healing wound. The Knight of Rebellion vanished from her spot and appeared beside Duncan using a bolt of crimson lightning. The twins hopped back to the standing scythe as Lancelot howled again.

The Knight of the Polluted Lake held his sword up again, ready to unleash Arondight.

"I'm all healed, so what will you use against this howling beast? And where does this beast gets so much power to unleash Arondight that many times?!" yelled Mordred, holding up Clarent.

"Then we must stop this all the more because Elemental Energy can be farmed from human souls or blood. I would use the best thing against a Knight of the Round Table. Since his affair aided in the fall of Camelot, what's a more suited spell than my Final Frame?" asked Duncan with a smirk.

"Uh... Whatever works then... Let's do this," said Mordred, raising an eyebrow at Duncan.

The Knight of Rebellion slammed her foot into the ground and unleashed her Elemental Energy and Aura into the blade, causing it to erupt in red and green lights. Bolts of crimson lightning surrounded the sword as the area started trembling.

Duncan took out his scythe from the ground and used both hands to raise it above his head. As he did, the Ankou smiled as he shared control of the boy's body and merged his Elemental Energy into Duncan's Elemental Energy pool.

This fusion caused Duncan's scythe to explode with green and purple to black Elemental Energy. The child of darkness was a sight to behold as the Sotobas appeared behind his back, lined in a circular formation. The Ankou's lockets appeared by the boy's waist, glowing with power.

Duncan had been closing his eyes up until that moment. Then, as he felt the Elemental Energy coursing through his veins, the boy opened his eyes to reveal bright green orbs, replacing the whites of his eyes with purple.

Mordred looked to her side to check what Duncan was doing. The Knight of Rebellion was shocked to see that each wooden gravemarker was inscribed with a name of a fallen Knight of the Round Table.

"You've got some warped sense of punishment, Duncan..." noted Mordred, focusing back to Lancelot.

"Says the one who threw a big temper tantrum that destroyed the kingdom of Camelot... I think you are scary when you don't get what you want..." replied Duncan.

"The curtains draw to their closure one final time. Let the stage be set, and the story progresses to its final arc..." chanted Duncan with another voice lying beneath his.

"Behold the sword that fought in the battle of Camlann. My anger that hath fury upon those who failed me..." said the girls, with Midori chanting the first sentence and Mordred saying out the second line.

"A tragedy, a romance, a tale about the Gods Of Death all across History! No matter which God you believe in, there will always be one that represents Death itself..." continued Duncan and the Ankou, as the ring of Sotobas started spinning like mad.

"The weapon which brought the King Arthur of legends to his knees. The brutal betrayal of a father to his kid... Hear me roar, feel my hatred... Let my hatred burn this blade and kingdom to the ground!" shouted Mordred while Midori remained calm and collected.

"May Death scatter across the plains..."

"Rebel Against The King!"

But before the twins could finish their chants, Lancelot's Elemental Energy soared through the roof as he howled and tried to slam the weapon down onto the ground.

"I won't let you ruin our plan, damned Knight of the Polluted Lake!" roared Duncan, twisting his foot to control his filmstrips.
