Wu Yuan slowly loosened his grip on her. Seeing as she stopped being aggressive towards Yang Zheyan and Lu Weisheng.

Xiong Jingfei downcast her eyes then looked back up at Yang Zheyan. He was also the same person who had hurt her the most!

She slapped away the hands wiping away her face and kicked him in the legs. Xiong Jingfei loudly declared, "I will NEVER forgive you! Never!"

Xiong Jingfei took a step back away from him and hit Wu Yuan's chest with her back. She began crying again, louder and louder as the house she thought she could finally call home. It echoed her pain back to remind her that she didn't belong here.

Is this her punishment for taking her own life in the past? She sobbed, covering her mouth.

She did say that she will take whatever punishment is given to her for taking her life. But, wasn't it enough to lose her voice at the age of seventeen in this life? It was right around the same time, she ended her last life in the past.
