The following day, Xun Wei's mother was once again busy shopping online. Huang Jin noticed that she was already up early, holding a laptop to make online orders, so he decided to accompany her that day.

Xun Wei, who woke up early, went out with Grandpa Zhou, while Xun Wujin was still asleep.

As Xun Wei and Grandpa Zhou strolled through the neighborhood, they enjoyed the cool morning breeze and engaged in lively conversation. Grandpa Zhou loved spending time with his grandson, sharing stories and wisdom from his many years of experience. They walked to the nearby park, where they sat on a bench and watched the children play.

Meanwhile, back at home, Xun Wujin was still sound asleep. He was known for being a heavy sleeper, and it seemed like nothing could wake him until he was ready to get up. His peaceful slumber continued undisturbed, even with the commotion of his mother and Huang Jin shopping online in the living room.

Auntie Hei bustled around the kitchen, preparing breakfast. Once the meal was ready, she called Madam Xun and Master Jin to the table. The breakfast spread was light and non-greasy, with the soup standing out as a highlight. The table was adorned with a lavish array of dishes, including a large bowl of chicken soup with a hint of ginger, a generous tray of baked potatoes topped with cheese, and a plate of perfectly poached eggs. Next to them, a pitcher of refreshing orange juice awaited, accompanied by two empty glasses. Additionally, a pot of steaming green tea was served in fine china cups.

The enticing aroma of the food instantly triggered their appetites, and both Huang Jin and Mother Xun eagerly began their meal.

After savoring the delicious breakfast, they felt content and satisfied with the hearty feast.

They then moved to the living room to relax. Auntie Hei joined them and mentioned that she had to bid farewell and head to the warehouse to oversee the chef's cooking.

Sitting in the living room, Huang Jin informed his mom that he would be heading upstairs to fetch his laptop and assist her with online shopping.

Xun Ruan nodded, refocusing her attention on her shopping. After a few minutes, Huang Jin returned, and to everyone's surprise, Father Xun followed closely behind. He looked sharp and well-dressed, wearing a neat white shirt paired with slacks, topped with a black coat and polished leather shoes.

Upon seeing her husband, Xun Ruan inquired whether he planned to have breakfast at home or head directly to the hospital.

Xun Wujin replied that he would be going to the hospital and would take the breakfast prepared by Auntie Hei in a box with him.

He tenderly kissed Xun Ruan's cheeks, bid farewell to Huang Jin, and made his way to the kitchen to retrieve the box. Then, he headed out, got into his car, and drove to the hospital.

Throughout the day, Huang Jin thoroughly enjoyed shopping with his mom. She frequently asked him about his clothing preferences, favorite brands, preferred noodle types, and other items he liked so she could order them online later.

Huang Jin also decided to purchase some toys for little Ningning. He thought it would be wise to stock up on toys now since, after the apocalypse, Ningning would only be almost three years old, making it challenging to find clean and suitable toys for a baby in such circumstances.

Huang Jin inquired if Mother Xun had completed all the necessary shopping for the baby, to which she replied that she had taken care of the clothes but still had other items missing. Eager to help, Huang Jin decided to shop online for little Ningning.

First, he purchased a hundred boxes of milk to ensure an ample supply for the baby's needs. He also got three boxes of bottles with nipples to make feeding easier.

Next, Huang Jin bought a hundred boxes of diapers, ensuring they would be delivered to the warehouse to last for at least seven days. This way, they wouldn't have to worry about running out of diapers anytime soon.

Additionally, he selected more clothes for the baby, ranging in different sizes. Knowing that babies grow quickly, having a variety of sizes would be beneficial.

Not forgetting about his family, Huang Jin also bought more clothes for Xun Wei and his father, making sure they were well taken care of too.

Huang Jin was determined to be fully prepared for any emergency, so he also bought various types of medicine available online. Having a well-stocked emergency medicine supply was crucial for their safety and well-being.

Last night, he called his father and advised him to gather more essential supplies as well. In particular, Huang Jin asked his father to try and acquire additional solar panels capable of generating power on a large scale. The construction work had already commenced in N city, and Xun Wei would be returning to check on its progress. They had informed their parents about their plan to go back, and he reminded them to keep collecting necessary materials.

Considering the uncertainty of their return, Huang Jin suggested that they temporarily halt the production of cooked food. They needed to focus on gathering supplies and being well-prepared for their journey back to N city.

Huang Jin was relieved to see Mother Xun enjoying the shopping experience and not dwelling on other worries. They spent a considerable amount of time completing their online orders, ensuring that everything they needed was purchased.

To manage the delivery process more efficiently, they arranged for the goods to be delivered in batches. This way, it wouldn't put too much strain on the delivering company, and they could receive their items in a well-organized manner. By taking this approach, they could also stay on top of inventory and ensure they had everything they needed without overwhelming the delivery system.

Huang Jin took charge of ordering the items that Mother Xun had forgotten and made sure to get them in larger quantities, particularly for essentials like cooking oil and butter.

During the process, he noticed Cray, the dog, playfully wandering around. However, as Huang Jin was busy with the shopping, Cray seemed to understand and stopped trying to play. Instead, the loyal dog simply laid down beside his master, content to keep him company during this busy time. The bond between Huang Jin and Cray was evident in these little moments of companionship.

As dinner time approached, Auntie Hei returned from the warehouse and took charge of cooking a delicious meal for the family. The enticing aroma of her culinary creations filled the house, making everyone eagerly anticipate the dinner.

Grandpa Zhou and Xun Wei returned home after spending time outside, and Father Xun came back early from work, joining the family for the evening meal. The dining table was soon filled with various dishes prepared with love and care by Auntie Hei, providing a wonderful opportunity for the family to come together and enjoy a pleasant dinner.

After dinner, when they were all gathered together, each family member shared their experiences of the day. Mother Xun responded cheerfully, engaging in the conversation with enthusiasm.

Later, as the night approached, Xun Wei informed the elders that he would be heading to bed early due to feeling tired. They all retired upstairs to their rooms, seemingly preparing to sleep.

However, upon entering the room, Xun Wei unexpectedly pounced on Huang Jin, catching him off guard. Huang Jin was pushed onto the bed without a moment to respond, as Xun Wei passionately kissed him. Xun Wei's lips locked onto Huang Jin's, and soon his tongue explored the depths of Huang Jin's mouth.

As they kissed passionately, Huang Jin's hands instinctively wrapped around Xun Wei's neck, and his cheeks flushed a rosy pink. His eyes, resembling peach blossoms, appeared slightly narrowed and filled with a misty allure. Xun Wei responded with a gentle smile and tenderly kissed Huang Jin's eyes, nose, forehead, cheeks, and lips.

Amidst their intimate exchange, Xun Wei skillfully and delicately removed Huang Jin's clothes, deepening their connection in the warm embrace of the moment.

Huang Jin felt the chill of the room against his skin and quickly snapped back to reality. He took a sharp breath and protested, "Please, don't. Mom or Dad might walk in, and we could get caught."

"Don't be afraid," the person said, embracing Huang Jin gently.

With Huang Jin in his embrace, he tenderly caressed his small white earlobes, lavishing him with undivided attention. Gently lifting the long hair, he placed gentle kisses on the delicate neck. " I already locked the door, I informed them that we were going to bed early, and the room is soundproofed. You don't need to restrain your voices as nobody could hear them from the outside.

"Hmm…" Huang Jin felt a sense of weakness as Xun Wei's touch left him dazed. Instinctively, he lifted his legs, caressing his lover, and urged, "Then let's not waste any time, hurry up…."

Xun Wei reached for the lubricant inside the drawer. He then grasped Huang Jin's legs, which resembled white jade, and lowered his head, gently nibbling and licking them before parting them apart.

Huang Jin positioned himself at the edge of the bed, placing one leg on the floor while the other remained atop the bed.
