What 3 wishes no such thing, follow the travels of a newly transmigrated Timelord. While he adventures through a war torn barbaric world ,of naruto. He will start weak, but will gain power as fast as he can without breaking his foundation. He starts with only 1 wish, anybody of his choosing; and to be transmigrated to any world of his choosing.
