"What? A fashion show, we don't have time for this!" Lyla shouted to Henry.
He remained unfazed as he smiled at Lyla. Any other girl would have melted, but any other girl was not Lyla.
"All we need is a dress from you, no need to go to some fashion show," Lyla continued.
"But you wanted me to give her a dress, so there must be some compensation," Henry said, winking at (Y/N). As a reply, she simply backed away. Henry was someone to be cautious of.
"We were just going to pay you money," (Y/N) said.
"But I don't want your money. All I'm asking is to accompany me to the fashion show for a few hours. Only Angel, alright?" He said the last sentence to Lyla, "I'm only allowed to bring one guest and it wouldn't be better than Angel to witness the huge fashions coming out..."
It's a day before the final when Lyla finally realised that (Y/N) didn't have a dress to wear. So, with desperate idea, she went to Henry who had given (Y/N) a beautiful dress and was sure to give out another one.
And now, this happened.
"First, show us the dress you got, otherwise I have no intention of going out with you?" (Y/N) said.
"Why, Angel?!" Henry cried out.
"I know your type and they spell trou...ble!" (Y/N) said, "So, I want to make sure it's worth it before I hang out with you..."
"Ahh... you really have a low opinion on me?" Henry asked, all pouty.
"Like I said, I know the type. Not that I hate it, but I also cannot trust it," (Y/N) said shrewdly.
Henry wanted to say something, but then shrugged.
"Fine, into my office," he said before going into his room where Lyla and (Y/N) followed suit.
When (Y/N) and Lyla called out for Henry, he invited them to his house, which was filled with scraps of ideas and clothes. Henry's room was no different, except inside there were many photos with him and others, some kissing and making out.
(Y/N) assume that those pictures were conquests...
"Where is it?..." Henry asked to himself, throwing other clothes around fit for supermodels until at last he held out a dress for them to behold.
Lyla let out a "Wowza!" and (Y/N) just nodded in awe, and said, "Fine, I'll go out to the fashion show."
For the dress was simply every girl's dream... The short sleeve top was a rose red lightening up at the top and through the sleeves until you would think there was no sleeves at all if not for a faint red shimmering. The neckline was heart shaped and below the top was a long flowing skirt that seemed to be a cloud which was light pink going white and the bottom sequined silver.
The dress was also incredibly perfect for (Y/N)'s complexion and eye color. Henry got it down cold.
"So, it's a date?" Henry asked, hopeful.
(Y/N) rolled her eyes, "It's a deal, not a date. I'm single but not available," she added, crossing her arms.
Henry laughed, "Hard to get, eh? My favorite. C'mon!"
"Wait, what?!" (Y/N) nearly shouted.
Henry laughed easily, "Don't you know, the fashion show is today, in an hour... so of course you are going to stay here and get ready~"
"No... freaking... way!" (Y/N) nearly screamed. Henry gave off the energy and a smile that spelled nothing BUT trouble.
"But you promise..." Henry pouted.
"Bye (Y/N), once the fashion show ends, just call me,"Lyla said and quickly ran away.
Was she too... but that can wait.
"Oi, com-" (Y/N) said, but her lips were shushed by one finger.
"Now... now, we are alone... doesn't that thrill you?" Henry asked softly.
(Y/N) rolled her eyes, wondering, 'How did I get into such a mess?'
Her thoughts were snapped when Henry caressed her body, the feeling so sensational but (Y/N) took it away from him too quickly as she stood up, her eyes boring into the innermost part of his soul. Henry's heart thumped slightly, a newer feeling than his usual dates...
He wanted her, but he also knew that this approach will only drive her away. It was best to take it easy...
Henry sighed... he never liked easy, but worth it to actually hang out with his Angel that he hadn't seen for such a while...
Henry slowly raised his hands up, "I wasn't going to do anything, and you know..." he said, assesing (Y/N) from head to toe, "You can't go to a fashion show wearing like that! To go to a fashion show, you have to give it respect by wearing something worthy of a fashion show!" There was a manic way of saying when he spoke of fashion.
Passion, a feeling (Y/N) understood.
"So, c'mon and I will deck you out with the most suitable clothing I got... no, I won't do anything!" Henry said as (Y/N) backed away, "Unless you want me to~"
(Y/N) backed away further in response.
"So boring..." Henry sighed, "But soon enough..." he mumbled to himself. Then, they were both searching for the perfect outfit in Henry's closet that he would happily let her believe was all his fashion work...

In a more chic outfit, (Y/N) was humming as she made it to the fashion show with Henry. She was not exactly a fan of fashion, but being a girl, she had the tendency to lean on it from time to time, especially if the costume was fierce and edgy...
"OMG! Is that Henry Cowl of the Cowl Co.?" One woman asked.
"Then, who is that girl with him?" Another asked.
"Ehh... is that his girlfriend?" A third girl asked.
"Don't worry, I heard that Henry Cowl just likes to have his pleasures, if you know what I mean, so that means the girl means nothing to him!" The first said.
"Yeah, why would someone like him like someone like her?" The second said. Then, they all laughed heartily.
(Y/N) rolled her eyes. One thing that she learned was although love does make people blind, jealousy was more a strong factor to blindless. Worse, it just makes more idiots than love.
Henry was looking at (Y/N)'s reaction, and was suitably impressed at her aloofness towards the criticism. Such a strong lady... one that can succumb much better~
"Ahh..." Henry said, "After you." He said when (Y/N) reached the door and opened it for her.
(Y/N) decided to nod and smile, just for the gentlemanly gesture.
Henry felt pleasure erupting in his body just for the girl to simply appreciate him. He had NEVER felt anything like this, even when he went out with girls and when nothing went out, with guys either. Sigh... she's truly an Angel from heaven sent to him~
"The show's starting..." (Y/N) said, as they took their seats near their runway, "How long will this take?"
"Not interested in fashion?" Henry asked.
"Hmm... yeah, what can I do about it?" (Y/N) shrugged, "But it's not that I hate it either. Who knows, even with my disinterest, the fashion show can be interesting..."
"You really think that? Haah..." Henry said, "You might be the most open minded person I know."
"Considering the company you probably keep, I believe that," (Y/N) said.
"Yeah..- wait, what does that mean?" Henry asked.
(Y/N) just playfully stuck out her tongue and watched the fashion show now commencing.
Seriously, the girl was getting the better of him everytime...
And he liked it.

"Oh, the fashion show ended..." (Y/N) said.
"What, you actually enjoyed it?" Henry teased slightly, and to his surprise, (Y/N) agreed.
"Yes, those costumes were amazing, and I like that they also added some cosplay, the cute cats are ka-wa-ii!!!" (Y/N) slightly squealed.
"Wait, you like people wearing cat costumes? Does that mean you don't mind dressing up as one~" Henry hummed to himself.
"Already have, and I took pictures of it. So, I could squeal at the cuteness," (Y/N) said. It was a pet peeve that she gotten used to already and sometimes blabbed to others. Why not, why should she be ashamed?
Henry's eyebrows shot up, but whose to say that he hates this side of (Y/N).
'Show me more...' Henry said, and unconsciously, he grabbed (Y/N)'s hand and took her along with him.
"Oi, the exit is that way, where are we going?" (Y/N) asked, suddenly slightly afraid. Being with a 'playful' boy was the same as being holed up with vampires.
"Umm... I..." Henry was flustered. He himself didn't know why he did this, until an idea popped up for his unwanted action, "You see... there's a changing room here, which I'm allowed access, and your dress... I have it with me... I just wanted to make sure it's the right side, and we can fix it..."
(Y/N) narrowed her eyes, but her instinct was to trust him for now, so she nodded.
They went into a changing room, no problem, and from his bag, he took out the dress. It was still as beautiful as before...
"C'mon, wear it," he said, gesturing to the curtain in front of them.
(Y/N) was too skeptical, but Henry had been quite nice, and despite everything, he had became a good friend. So, she took the dress, and wore it. At least, as far as she knew, Henry didn't peep.
She came out, the skirt swishing down, just slightly above her feet, so it didn't restrict movement, but the top...
"The top is a bit tight..." (Y/N) said.
"Where?" Henry asked immediately, although (Y/N) saw him looking at her breast that the tightness was showing.
"Umm... here," (Y/N) said as she was pointing to the sleeves.
"That's fixable. At least, we can fix them here with the sewing supplies," Henry said, andhe went to work.
"Hmm... you really are one with fashion," (Y/N) said while he was working.
"Mmm..." Henry acquiesced, "With a father like mine, it's impossible not to follow suit."
"Really?" (Y/N) asked, "Not all kids follow their parents. So, here's the follow up: Did you love fashion because of your father or for yourself?"
"What?" Henry asked, the question leaving him slightly dumbfounded. He had never thought about it before. It was since his father was a fashion icon and he was heir, he had to follow suit. But for himself...
When (Y/N) looked at his expression, she immediately drew her conclusion, "So, you did it for your father, huh?... As long as you are satisfied, alright?"
"Stop being Archie Nellie, pulling conclusions out of thin air," Henry grumbled in the end, because somehow, he knew he wasn't really satisfied with what he was really doing. It was OK, but he wanted more... so maybe that's why...
"Sorry, I was just trying to make small talk," (Y/N) said.
"How about you? About being a pop star?" Henry pried.
"Actually, I never really wanted it. I prefer the simple life of the writer, but I managed to find some enjoyment in being a pop star, so it's not all too bad... As long as I don't hate it, it's fine. And it's not like my entire life revolves around being a pop star, I always find ways to do something I like..."
'Me too...' Henry thought, and then he stopped sewing, to say, "Finished."
"Wow, it's much better, thank you. This day has been enjoyable, so I'll just... woah!" (Y/N) said, because her skirt suddenly dropped to reveal her...
"Light blue..." Henry said, smiling. He never wanted the day to end, being with this girl was so pleasurable, bringing him more satisfaction he needed. And seeing her undies was a bonus.
'I always find ways to do something I like...' Henry thought at the words (Y/N) had said.
How true they were...
"Did you plan all this?" (Y/N) cried, trying to bring back her dignity. She promised herself to never, ever trust Henry again...
Henry simply smiled, and to say he was glad to spend as much time with her was clearly an understatement.
