Can’t catch a break part2

Nicolai pov

It's been about 2 hours since Doctor jones started the procedure and I'm getting anxious iris breaks the silence saying ok ima just go and see whats going on before she gets a chance to get up dr.jones comes to us saying that the procedure went well and all we have to do is just wait , he says they will monitor her and hopefully the fever goes down and the infection goes away too .

We ask if we can go see her and he says yes but to not make much noise ,talking to her is fine , we all nod.

I go to Dr jones and i tell him I'll be staying with her till she leaves the hospital, see dr jones owns the hospital he nods and says ok you know where everything is i nod and he says ok .

If this was another hospital im sure I wouldn't be able to stay with bella ,

we all gather and head off to bella room , we all enter and iris and my mom suck in a breath .

Bella had one tube in her mouth and her nose , we got closer and my mom and iris each grab one of her hands , my mom says Nicolai she's warm , iris says yes feels like she still has a fever .

Iris closed her eyes and a tear slid down ,i took a look at the room it's a big room and i must have said it out loud because iris says "yes i paid for a private room noone other than the people here today and Alex can enter" , i ask why ? And iris said "yesterday i got home and we had a letter in a black envelope address to bella so I opened it and it was a threat to her life saying that she was warned and she should have listened ", iris was no longer sad but angry you could see it in her eyes , iris said "who would want to hurt her when she stays to her self, what did they warn her about that she didn't listen", i ask if she told the police she said yes that she called last night and went in this morning before coming to the hospital.

I asked if she has the letter she said no but she took a picture of it , she said I figured once i told you that you would want to see it but i had to turn it in so they can see if they can find fingerprints so i took a picture so you can see it , i said thank you and told her to text me the picture she nodded , i gave a look to my brothers and they knew what this meant she was in danger and we didn't know how much or how little danger .

I gave bella a kiss on her head and whispered to her that i love her and then i told iris and my mom if they can please stay with her till i came back they said of course and me and my brothers left , as we are about to exit the hospital we run into tilly she stands in front of me and say hey nic I've been calling you haven't picked up any of my calls luca knowing mine and tillys history says maybe it's because he doesn't want to talk to you she rolls her eyes , then she says i was talking to Nicolai not you so i say tilly lose my number she shakes her head i heard rumors that you and bella are an item .

I asked from who she heard the rumor she shakes her head a says "tsk tsk i told bella to stay away from you" at this point luca had the same look i had tilly had sent the letter for bella .

Luca pov

Me and my brothers came to be here for Nicolai and meet bella but she's not doing to well and from what Nicolai told me and the way everyone that's here in this hospital takes care of her i can see she truly is a great girl i just hope she gets better so we can all meet her properly we were only able to get a glance of her before we found her passed out bleeding through her nose now they have her in a coma , only then we find out from her aunt that someone threatened her life .That someone is tilly , I'm already pissed off this girl doesn't deserve all this crap and neither does Nicolai , i ask tilly why do you want her to stay away from Nicolai ? He's the one who should tell her to stay away if that's what he wants . Tilly shakes her head and laughs he's mine and i can tell her what ever I want , I'm his girl .Nicolai laughs it was a humorless laugh and said "tilly i broke up with you 4 years ago because you cheated I'm not yours I'm with bella and if i find out you threaten her in anyway ,well lets just say you wont enjoy what i do to you ". Tilly ask is that a threat baby ?"

Nicolai says "no that's a promise ".

The guys look at me then Nicolai and say to tilly stay away from our bella .

Tilly looks pissed and so she tries to enter the hospital i stop her what are you here for ? She says i work here with a wicked smile and she heads inside . I turned to Nicolai and my brothers and say Nicolai he already know what i was going to say

I'm on it and he calls his mom . This is not good .

Nicolai pov

Luca looks at me and i already know what he's thinking bella is in serious danger .

I take out my phone and call my mom , i start walking and my brothers follow .

Mom don't let tilly near bella tell dr.jones never to put tilly as bellas nurse and tell iris what I'm telling you , my mom ask what's going on and i tell her tilly was the one who sent the letter to bella she gasps and says why would she do that , i say i think tilly is mentally unstable, tilly keeps saying I'm hers, I sigh mom just please keep tilly away from bella . My mom says as long as iris and myself are here she won't get near her , my mom asks you really love bella don't you ? I say I love her so much I can't put it into words . I tell my mom I'll be gone for an hour or so and she says ok we hang up .

Luca says Nicolai what do we do now , i say which two of you wouldn't mind staying with my mom and iris till the rest of us get back ? Oscar and julious says we'll stay back and guard them sir , i shake my head guys you don't have to call me sir I'm just Nicolai your friend , they say fine Nicolai we will stay back and we won't let anyone in that shouldn't be inside bellas room . Thank you both for this , they laugh your our brother we protect our own and bella is your girl she's one of our own i thank them again and they head back into the hospital. It's going to be a long ass day i say to the guys and they agree.
