My head started aching after listening to Craige's story which sounded so surreal. I did not want to believe that all of that just happened. I thought I was getting better but I ended up losing consciousness for three days.

Craige poured water into a glass and gave it to me. "I think she was under the impression that she took over your consciousness because HeiAn wanted her to read the book. And because she finished it, she voluntarily stepped out."

"HeiAn? You mean the owner of the dagger?" I asked with a frown.

He nodded again. "I found it weird as well. There was nothing much mentioned about HeiAn in the book and in the script, except for the fact that she was the one who created the dagger for Lyrae to use in completing the contract."
