The Call

The phone was picked up on the other side.

"Hello?"

"Hi Liz, this is Lena."

Liz's mood instantly plummeted. "Why are you calling, Lena? Are you calling about Tina?"

"Not quite. I want to talk about a collaboration with you."

This answer obviously surprised Liz. "Collaboration? What can I possibly collaborate with you about? I'm a nobody; how could I collaborate with the great Lena?"

Even though Lena knew that the praise was fake, she still smiled. Most women like flattery. "Oh, you are too kind. Of course you can work with me. You managed to do so much after all."

"So much? What are you referring to?"

"I'm referring to Tina. Let's work together too destroy her."

"I'm starting to pity my sister. What did she do to make her best friend hate her so much?"

"I could ask the same thing about her sister."

Lena could hear the laughter over the phone. "Ha! You're right! We both hate her, don't we?"

"So... are you willing to collaborate?" Lena asked again.

"Gladly."

"Alright. So here is my plan..."

Afternoon hanging up the phone, Lena had a nasty grin across her face. She was certain that she would be able to embarrass Tina, and James would have no choice but to avoid seeing Tina again.

However, Lena would not get too full of herself. She needed to first make sure that her plan succeeds, and that she does not get blamed for it at all.

To win James's love, she must never get caught.
