Aeon's Whereabouts

Sitting down in a small private room at the bar, Telan invited them to XIlo wondered where Telan was. Him and the girls had been sitting around waiting for him for about thirty minutes now. "Weird, I figured he'd be on time." For a moment he almost thought something might have happened to him however a knock on the door stopped that thought process. Letting them come in, a lazily dressed man walked in with a scuffed up suit and a face that still needed a shave. "Telan." Seeing that familiar face Xilo kept his personal thoughts aside as he watched him sit down on the total opposite side of them all alone. Looking at all of Xilo's group here Telan nodded slowly as he pulled out a small drink for himself.

"Why were you so late, did something happen?"

"I was trying to find Aeon. Me and him entered the Capital together before we split up for a bit to look for a place to stay. Ever since then he's been missing and when I have the free time I've tried to look for him. It's impossible though, that man can't be found unless he wants to be. Whatever, guess I'll give up."

Taking a swig of alcohol Telan tried to put it past him as he cleared his thoughts. "I'm sure he'll be back." He was never one to usually worry this much but Aeon's disappearance was really getting to him more than he expected. The stress of everything else on top of that and the weird lack of sleep he had been having lately was really getting to him. This meeting was to talk about some important stuff with Xilo initially, but now it was a chance to just relax as well. Seeing the bags under Telan's eyes Xilo knew he was probably telling the truth as he took a drink of the water in front of him. It was a little bit of a shame that Aeon wasn't here this time around, he was nice to have around.

"Well if that's all I don't mind helping looking for him, you look dead tired after all. Should take better care of yourself."

"I'll be fine, more importantly are you going to join me in a drink or just stick to water?"

Looking at their glasses full of just water, Telan asked that question.

"I'm not a fan of drinking and neither are they, you'll be drinking alone. The actual more important thing I want to know is why you called us here. We've been quite busy and finally just finished up helping the last people on that list out. If you called us here just to drink then we're leaving."

Squeezing Xilo's hand Xelfia and Tearia tried to calm him down a little bit. They knew he still was kind of pissed at him and so were they but it was best to just let it go. Taking the hint Xilo lost the edge from his tone as he let loose a sigh. Giving them a small squeeze back he tried to assure them as he looked Telan in the eyes. Before whenever he tried to make eye contact with people his eyes always drifted away, nowadays though he had improved a lot more. His fears were slowly disappearing and it was all thanks to the women beside him along with some of the friends he had met. Noticing that spark of fire Telan smirked as he put down his drink and got right to the point.

"Fine, I didn't call you here just for drinks, you're right. I called you here to talk a little bit about what we're doing next. With the sickness fading in a lot of places the Royal Family made an announcement a couple weeks ago. They would be rewarding everyone along with a few other things. If you are wanting to get stronger like you've said this is a free pass at a massive increase. Each branch leader of Dracal hall was giving a few places they could recommend for it and I chose you and Tearia. There will be a big celebration in a couple of days for it and another event for the creation of Ukel after which big shots from all over the world will be showing themselves. Now is the time to make a name for yourself and explore what this world has."

Pausing Xilo replayed what Telan said in his mind as he tried to think about it. "It's risky." With the Royal Family involved there was a chance that they could meet Felli. "Risks and rewards." That was what it was and to decline such a generous offer from Telan was extremely disrespectful. They did have that one small disagreement yet Telan had still been trying to help him out for a while now. "Annoying." This was still one part he hated about himself as he cleared his mind. Saying no here was extremely difficult to do. "We won't see her." The chances were almost zero unless they were unlucky. Zilan told us she was a part of it but she was also a very closed off girl.

"Let us talk about it a bit first."

"That's fine and don't feel pressured to say yes."

Another person's body was flung to the ground and crushed underneath a foot as a man turned him over and grabbed his collar. Threatening to smash his face in he looked for any information he could. This one didn't know anything though, Crushing his skull he didn't care for any of these people's lives. They will were all scumbags from a large underground organization that was largely known for placing hits on people of any sort or status, Kidnapping, torture, murder, theft. "More are coming." Phasing out of existence Aeon made sure to keep his presence unknown as more men walked down the alley towards him after hearing some of the racket. Watching that small group comes towards him unaware of his presence he smirked as he grabbed two of their skulls and threw them to the ground. Hearing the smash into the ground with small grunts he went for the other two without looking back.

"Who's there!?!"

Unable to see what just happened a man felt his body sway before slamming against a wall and fainting instantly. Without giving any more time to speak Aeon finished off another two before grabbing a hold of the leader who tried to run. "Finally, not a stupid grunt." Noticing the small marking on his jacket Aeon knew it was a captain. He was very familiar with this organization, they had been a pain in his side when he was young. A lot had happened though now and their old leader and location had changed. Turning the man around he looked him in the face with a perfect smile full of calmness. "Telan has been acting weird lately." Ever since he had brought up the Capital and tried to get him to come here Aeon had noticed more and more oddities.

"Tell me about your leader, I want to say a few words with them. If not Feel free to die as I crush every single bone in your body to dust, hell there's probably a lot worse I could think of and do. Honestly the list goes on for quite a while but I'm not a patient man."

Feeling his own skull get crushed the captain tried to scream out in pain but nothing came out, all he could do was watch as a man in a butler suit overpowered him with a voice that could melt your heart and break anyone's defenses.
