Chapter Eighty Five: That Explains It

Elijah's POV: We got back to Saint Falls a few hours later, it was midnight so Hayley and I decided to just go home, she came to my house for the night so she wouldn't wake up Katherine at her house. We went up to my bedroom and once the door closed I looked over at my bed and saw Hayley laying there almost naked, I took off my shirt and ran over there. She looked excited, I picked her up and kissed her, she wrapped her legs around my waist and I slammed her against the wall, knocking off a painting, I kissed her neck and then she jumped down and pushed me onto the bed again...

Hayley's POV: Once I pushed Elijah onto the bed I got on top of him and kissed down his body, his neck, his chest, and his rock hard abs. I stopped there and bit him, after a few seconds I looked at him, he pulled me back up to him and turned my head so my neck was bare, he bit into my neck and drained some blood. After that he kept kissing me and soon enough we were both fully naked and after that, our "informational" night turned into hot hybrid sex...

N: The next morning...

Elijah's POV: Hayley and I only got a couple hours of sleep, and when we woke up we got dressed and Hayley called everyone so they would come to the house so we could explain everything! Everyone finally got here, Niklaus, Katherine and Kaylee. Then it was time for me and Hayley to tell them what we discovered yesterday. We said everything, not leaving a single detail out, they all seemed shocked but not as much as we thought they'd be. It's almost like they expected something crazy like this to happen, but then they told us that they already knew. Clarissa told them, she was spying on Hayley and I while we were talking to the witch! She was here to, she showed up a few seconds later, the first we've seen of her since the hunter died. We asked why she was here and she said that she wanted to see for herself that the doppelgänger was part werewolf. Hayley started getting mad about how Clarissa was talking to her, now that the hunter was dead they didn't have to protect each other so they'd be out for each other's heads I suppose. Hayley's hybrid face was on, the veins on her face were popped out a lot more than when we were messing with each other at the hotel, she was angry, then the thing I haven't seen in a very long time happened, Hayley turned into her werewolf form and started chasing after Clarissa, she obviously ran away like she usually does and we probably wouldn't hear from her for the rest of the day. Then a couple minutes later, Hayley was back to her normal self, except she was naked, of course Kaylee and Katherine didn't mind because they're girls, but I was kind of upset because Niklaus would be seeing my girlfriend, his ex, naked, but other than that I didn't mind if this is what happens every time she goes full on werewolf on us...

Hayley's POV: After I chased Clarissa away I turned back to my normal hybrid self, except I was naked, definantly didn't expect that one, but I mean it's nothing everybody hasn't seen, Kaylee and Katherine are girls so who cares. So I blurted out, "It's nothing you boys haven't seen before" without thinking, so then I walked away back up to Elijahs bedroom to get some clothes. While I was getting dressed I heard Elijah telling them that me and him needed to tell them something then he rushed up to the bedroom. I was still naked, of course it was on purpose, he ran over, kissed me, threw a shirt at me, and then told me that he wanted to tell them that we were engaged! Omg! Engaged! I totally forgot about that, with all the family root drama stuff thats happened I forgot all about it, he gave me my ring to put on and when we walked down the stairs I couldn't help myself, I ran off without Elijah and I showed Kaylee and Katherine the ring and yelled out like a silly human girl that I was getting married! But I mean I was super excited...

Katherine's POV: Hayley and Elijah are engaged, I think we all saw and expected that one! They make the cutest couple, even though I heard about the drama that went on between her and Nik, I know he still loved her but he and I were happy for our brother...

Klaus's POV: Hayley and Elijah are going to get married. Of course I wish it was me and Hayley, but if it was meant to be then it would be, but it's not. So for the sake of my brothers happiness I'm happy for him and Hayley. I wish them the best and even though deep down I still love her I needed to move on from the past and focus on my future, let Elijah and Hayley have their future...

Elijah's POV: Everyone totally expected it, they didn't even seem surprised. But I was happy that I'd get to see her wearing her ring. And we'd start planning the wedding soon because I know how much Hayley likes having everything planned in advance! I'm so happy to be engaged to this beautiful, amazing girl. The love of my life...
