The Wolf, The Demon and the Goddess

The teacher watched Taka and Kang-Joo leaving the classroom. Seeing that they had finally left, he dashed toward the teacher's room to inform the headteacher what had just happened. Leaving the still shell shocked class behind.

Making their way toward the canteen Taka and Kang-Joo came across a scene you'd expect to find in a drama. A group of bullies picking on a helpless victim. The victim, the girl who had left the class as Taka entered; from what he knew she hadn't done anything to offend them. The group of bullies consisted of 4 guys and 2 girls. If Taka had guessed correctly, the girls were the ones who had initiated this round of bullying out of jealousy. Jealousy? Jealousy of what you ask? Jealousy of the victim's looks. With her long black hair and her wide dark brown eyes, coupled with her cute, yet beautiful face. What wasn't there to be jealous of? She looked like a goddess.

Kang-Joo glanced at Taka who was watching the scene unfold. No readable emotion could be decerned from his face, however, Kang-Joo could see the hints of curiosity in Taka's eyes.

The scene began to unfold as one would expect. Insults were thrown, laughter was heard but very quickly the situation spiraled out of control. When the head of the bullies, the biggest of the guys, decided to push the victim, it was then that Taka decided to make a move.

The bullies continued to have their fun, not realizing the natural disaster level problem that was heading toward them.

Kim So-Hyun was used to this routine of bullying, after all, it happened daily. She had long since gotten used to it and if she was completely honest, even bored of it. The same insults, the same pathetic idiots, even the same time. It happened every day at exactly the same time, almost like clockwork. She was sick of it.

For the last 2 years nothing but the same thing, yet today was different; something felt odd. Their normal routine changed. Today something new was added. Her books were slapped from her hands and she was forced backward with a shove, hitting a wall. Standing back up she thought to herself while chuckling internally.

'It's about time these idiots got a bit more creative, I thought they were trying to bore me to death.'

Seeing her hit the wall, her bullies all grinned in sadistic pleasure, getting off on the fact, they were both hurting and humiliating someone who couldn't fight back or wouldn't.

Feeling the euphoria from their sadistic pleasure of hurting someone, they all failed to notice the footsteps slowly approaching their location.

The footsteps grew closer, only now did the bullies notice something wasn't right but it was already too late. Two shadows appeared behind Kim So-Hyun.

The owner of the first shadow came into view, standing beside Kim So-Hyun, revealing the one person that had them quaking in their boots, the demon of the school, Ryu Kang-Joo, his face full of boiling fury. If Ryu Kang-Joo wasn't bad enough, the owner of the second shadow materialized.

The person it revealed was both far bigger and far scarier than Kang-Joo. His face handsome and composed, his body emanating cold fury and his gaze promising pain like none they had ever experienced.

So-Hyun felt the presence behind her and lent back falling gently against Taka's chest, while Taka gently wrapped his arms around her making sure she was safe; all the time releasing heavy amounts of his intent toward the bullies.

"You're finally here, huh? Took you what? Two years to return. Was your flight delayed or something." So-Hyun lazily spoke, sarcasm lingering in her tone. She looked up at Taka while snuggling deeper into his embrace.

"Hmm." He said as he gazed down at her face.

"You've gotten even more handsome than I remember." She turned to stare at Kang-Joo.

"Oii Kang-Joo, why do you seem to just get uglier the more I see you?" she asked slight concern filling her tone.

"And why do you seem to get more annoying, the more you talk?" He replied back with a smirk.

So-Hyun smiled happily.

"You know you love me really." Kang-Joo grunted but a small smile found it's way to his lips, soon vanishing though as his gaze once again fell on the bullies.

"Now how am I going to deal with you lot?" He rubbed his chin as an animal-like growl filled his tone. Clearly pissed off that his friend was hurt.

"Why don't we break them?" All playfulness leaving Taka's voice, surprising everyone except Kang-Joo and So-Hyun. So-Hyun began running her fingers through his hair as she began to think, making countless girls jealous in the process.

"Meh, too messy. Too much to explain too. Though I'm not completely against the idea. What do you think Kang-Joo?"

"I'm not completely against the idea but I do find myself agreeing with you. There would be too much evidence they could use against us. We could just beat them up but I guessing Taka would think that was letting them off lightly, right Taka?"

Not wanting to waste any more of his time on small fry, Taka made his move.

"I'll deal with them." Taka said releasing So-Hyun and moving toward the immobile bullies. He stopped just before them and activated [Intimidate] and [Intent]. The full force of the skills landed on the bullies. The two guys who'd done the least to So-Hyun were let off easy, with Taka simply making them faint. The others, however, weren't let off so easily. The leading boy and girl came out of it the worst, Taka completely broke their minds, scaring them into insanity, that wasn't to say that they couldn't still function as people but they would go through the rest of their lives living in fear of everything. The remaining pair were simply left screaming in agony.

Finished dealing with business, he turned to the pair.

"Can we go get food now? I really am starving." Taka spoke, his puppy-like eyes returning, making So-Hyun giggle and Kang-Joo chuckle.
