It's been a while since Lucy wonders around as a ghost.
She woke up one day without any memories in her past and what frightened her the most was when she found out she was already a ghost.
Lucy felt hungry and tried to grab some food in the store but her hands just pass through the air, she could not touch anything.
The people will just pass her by like she does not exist at all but there she was standing in confusion, why nobody could see her?
That's the time she realized that she was no longer alive but why she come back as ghost?
She could also see some ghost wonders around like her, but they look too scary that she need to hide from them.
What kind of ghost who scared of ghosts? She kept asking herself, but they were terrifying and grossed. Probably when she was alive she was scared of ghost stories how much more seeing them, now.
"When and how did I died? Who I am?"
Every time she got scared she will ask herself that question but all she can do is sob and felt like the world abandoned her.
Even though she was already a ghost, but she could still feel hungry, she could still feel the cold and the pain in her chest makes her crumble sometimes, it was too much to bear.
"Why did I have to die?"
Lucy thought about it a thousand times but still she could not find any answer, the only clue she got, is her name engrave in the pendant of her necklace she was wearing.
"I am Lucy!"
But Lucy who?
Then one faithful night as she was walking in a dark alley one man actually bump her.
She was thrown out and hit her butt so hard on the solid ground.
"I'm sorry!"
The man apologized without even looking at her and walk out as if she was a piece of shit.
"Huh!" she snorts. "Hey you jerked!"
He just turned his head and ignore her.
She was supposed to chased him when she realized what was going on.
"That man bump on me, did he just said sorry?"
It only means he could see her, he isn't a ghost, is he?
"No! It's impossible I could still feel his warmth, it means he's human!"
She run off and chased the man, but he was no where to be found.
"He's fast as hell!"
Lucy frown and sat heavily in the corner. She was dispirited by the fact that she lost the only chance she had to meet such a gifted man who can see a ghost.
"There's no one like him!"
She voiced out her disappointment and hug herself when the cold wind blew that makes a faint sound of a rustling leaves.
"There might be some scary ghost in here!"
Lucy looked up in the sky, the moon just shown up so brightly after hiding the clouds and it was like a snap in her head she found an idea.
"Yeah, I will find him whatever it takes!"
But finding him was not as easy as she thought, everyday she would stand in the pedestrians blocking the people but no one bump on her like the man does, all of them just pass through her.
She was tired and exhausted.
"I wonder if all ghosts feels the same way?"
Lucy sat in the box garden in front of the coffee shop, the coffee there is so expensive and besides she could not even touch any of those.
It's nice if she could just grab one of those but thinking the reaction of the sales lady upon seeing a floating coffee will scare the heck of her.
She giggled while swinging her feet when she felt like someone was looking at her.
There she saw a handsome man looking at her like he was studying her by the expression of his face.
He could see me?
Her heart jumped by the thought of it, she waved at him but instead he glanced on the other side and pretended he did not see her at all.
No way he sees me!
And to proved her curiosity she sat opposite to him in his table, uninvited.
"Can you buy me this one?"
The man in front of her was startled, he was taken aback by her sudden appearance. He glanced to the place where she was sitting before.
"How did you come here?"
She smiled. "You were watching them like watching a romance movie!"
The man's brows wrinkled, he frowned sourly.
"Are you a beggar—"
"Wait!"
She signalled him to stop when she realized something.
He was talking to her it means he could really see her?
"You could actually see me, right now?"
Her eyes widened in excitement. The man was stunned by her questioned.
"Do you really see me? Oh! goodness!"
She dramatically snap her fingers.
"I don't know you but please do take my advice and see some psychiatrist!"
Lucy ignored him. She moves closer to see the man's face, she close her eyes when she smells his familiar scent.
"It's You!" she was sure of it.
Their faces were just an inch away to each other when Lucy realized what she had done.
"Buy me that coffee!"
She suddenly pointed the coffee in the counter to hide her embarrassment and immediately back off.
"Don't you have money—"
He yelled loudly that made the surrounding people jerked in surprised.
Before he could finish his sentence Lucy grab his coffee and took a consecutive sip on it.
The man in front of her unbelievable gasp in surprised.
"You shameless. .whoa! I never seen anyone like you, really!" he hissed while shaking his head.
It was too hot but it was too late to spit it out in front of him.
She decided to go out to spit it.
She hurriedly pass through the glass wall and glanced towards him after she spit the coffee.
"Darn it was too hot!"
Lucy saw him frowning while arguing with the sales lady.
"Oh no! What have I done?"
She was supposed to go back inside when she saw the man already stood up and come to her direction with the clueless look of the sales lady's face behind him.
Before he could even get out he bumped his head on the glass wall, it makes a loud thud before he fell on the ground.
"What a clumsy big ass!"
She barked into laughter and murmured under her breath while watching him faint.
