I rarely write a review (probably never), but I have to do it this time because this is one of the best quality novel I have read and I think it deserves to get support and a continuation. Not many novels get my attention as most is generic. For example, mc get powerful and slaughter people left and right and is mostly almost about brawl and no brains and arrogant. But this novel is different from what I have read so far. MC is humble (very rare) and is highly intelligent. He even treats servants respectful because he has virtues ingrained in him from his past life in Earth. Every human is equal.🤝 I hope, his belief don't change. Although he do kill, if he gets offended. This novel need more chapters to judge, but so far it gets a 10/10 from me👍

Great novel, highly recommended. Interesting cultivation system based literally around the heart. Even alchemy is done in the heart. MC is a world class cardiologist who transfers worlds, great in that he doesn't instantly lose his modern world sensibilities and at least in the first 60 chapters tries to stick to them and his oaths as a doctor. Really interesting.

The character design is flawed. The MC is one of the best doctors and a modern man, but he agreed to a deal without even assessing the situation first as soon as he heard the salary. Very naive for a genius doctor. Childish behavior is another problem with the character design. He doesn't act or think like an educated doctor at all.

I discovered this novel last month browsing through the new releases and I have read all the chapters available. I can't wait to read the next chapters: the story is original, the characters are awesome and the background is really interesting. I recommend this original novel to all the fans of isekai, reincarnation, martial arts and cultivation.
