Li Na noticed her worried face and shrugged her arms off, causing Aizhe to fall down on the cold marble floor.
"You dare to ask what happened?" she looked at her with a burning gaze and she seemed as she will swallow her alive the next second.
Aizhe felt pain gush on her lower hips and she hissed as she held on to the sofa head for support.
She looked at Li Na and when she noticed her wild actions, she knew she wouldn't benefit anything from asking her. She stood up slowly and ran straight towards the long staircase.
"Where are you running to, huh?" Li Na called out when she saw the girl ignoring her and standing up to limply run towards the stairs.
She run after her at first but after a couple of steps, she stopped running after her and under the huge chandelier, her aura intensified.
Her furrowed eyesbrows relaxed and the corner of her mouth turned upwards; it slowly developed into a devilish smile.
Aizhe's breathing was unstable and she held on to the side of her chest. Her brows were furrowed and her steps didn't falter; instead it fastened. When she saw the golden plate, with the beautiful font on her Uncle's door room, she came to pause and her hands trembled as she held on to the knob tighly.
With her heartbeat increasing, she twisted the knob and what greeted her the moment she opened the door was the dark and shunned room.
The room had that familiar disinfectant on the hospital wards she was staying in.
She entered in and when she looked for the light switch, she noticed a slump figure laying on the grand, round bed. Although not that visible, Aizhe's eyes caught the beeping bright monitors and the person laying on the bed. Her heart became restless and she immediately traced her hands for the light switch.
When she found it, she switched it on and immediately dashed towards the bed. Seeing the tired and the black eye on his haggard face, she covered her mouth and her body fell on to the side of the round bed.
She tremblingly reached out for his hands and when she saw his closed eyes and the comfort he was in, her hands paused in the air.
Her heart hurt and she felt sting in her eyes. Soon, tiny droplets fell and she held on to her mouth to prevent her loud sobs.
The same scene was repeating in her memories a d she was getting tired of it. Her heart clasped harder and she felt indescribable pain gushing towards her chest, making her feel restless. She looked around with her teary eyes and tremblingly reached out for the jug and the glass near it.
She filled the glass with the cold water and drank it almost immediately. The water dripped down everywhere on Aizhe's clothes as she drank it in a panicked and unruly state.
When she finished drinking it, she wiped her mouth with the hem of her clothes. She looked calm and her gaze turned normal too. She looked down and sighed as she felt the familiar headache.
She looked back on to the person and her eyes seemed distant again. Her brown eyes showed no emotions as she held on to his wrinkly hands and spoke up with a rusty and tired tone.
"Not you too.. please, I beg you.."

"Wuu.." A shrieky and innocent cry roamed around the huge Manor. Ai held on to the little newborn as she expertly changed her clothes.
Su Ling sat at the nursery baby pink sofa and seemed to be in deep thoughts as she flipped through the baby storybook for the past thirty minutes.
Noticing her, Ah Qiao took the book away from her and sat next to her in the wide sofa. Su Ling looked up and noticed his calming expression.
In the next moment, she laid her head on his chest as she sighed. Ai turned around and caught on.
She swiftly changed her child's clothes and put her back in to the incubator. She looked at the nurse in the corner and indicated her to come over.
"What happened, dear?" Ah Qiao asked. Su Ling didn't reply and just comfortably laid like that.
Ah Qiao noticed her reluctancy and didn't probe her. He took her hands and sat like that too.
Soon the door to the nursery opened up and carrying with him the air of majesty, Ah Si reached the resting lounge.
His eyes shined and he seemed to be in daze when he saw the baby pink and the golden colored room. The floral wall background and the cute baby toys reminded him of someone.
From his childhood, he remembered his little sister who used to love this light color. She used to bug him days and nights to buy him toys and chocolate. But seeing the room decorated like that, Ah Si felt like his his chubby little sister truly grew up. He went forward and noticed his parents and the little angel on the blue LED colored incubator.
Noticing the stiffly atmosphere, he first smiled as a greeting to his sister and then went towards his parents and saw his mother who seemed a bit down.
He glanced at his father and when he saw the look on his face that seemed to say, 'I don't know', he grew curious. He sat down on the baby pink mat and held his mothers hand. Su Ling opened her shut eyes and she saw her son. She sat down properly and patted his head to greet him in a motherly manner.
"Mother, is something wrong? Ah Si asked.
Su Ling saw his look and she smiled at his concerning looks. She answered back. "Mother is fine."
"But that girl isn't.." She continued.
Ah Si calm gaze changed and he suddenly held his mothers hands tightly. Su Ling noticed the change in him and she continued to explain. "Son, that girl has gone through so much trouble. It is just that, as a mother, I don't trust her in that household.." Ai noticed the silent atmosphere and she looked towards the incubator to see the baby fell asleep.
She indicated towards the nurse to leave and turned around to sit next to her father. She smiled towards her brother and spoke up. "Bebo, I agree with mother on this matter. I felt so reluctant to leave her there today.."
Even tho, her father's friend was always there to take care of her, Ai felt like Aizhe's future wasn't safe there.
She knew for a fact that the Li relatives were like a snake in a humans form. They would form in any shape anytime and no one would know anything.
She felt anxious every time she saw the glow Aizhe carried in her eyes as she talked about her future and dreams with her.
The people in that household would not rest until they destroy her innocence. Ai also knew that the people who were after her life was not someone stranger but someone from her relative.
Whoever that person was, they sure were smart. The person was also aware of the entertainment circle really well. They took the help of the entertainment and underground circles eighth prominent figure, the Mo groups facilityand created a plot on how to finish their own family member.
Ai was just afraid that in exchange of the facility, that hidden person must have exchanged something of a big deal with them.
Feeling the emotions circling around his family members, Ah Si closed his deep eyes and he clasped his hand in a tight fist ball. He smiled at his mother warmly and helped her to stand up.
"Mother, trust this son of yours. I will not let anything happen to her." His eyes deepened as he remembered his work earlier. He indicated his gaze towards Ai and she immediately helped him take the couple's towards their own room.
His hand knuckles cracked and his jaws tightened. His anger was rising and he wanted to vent it somewhere but dared not to in the wide nursery room.
He felt empty yet his heart swell in pain everytime he remembered that evening. He wanted to seek revenge for her and disfigure whoever did this.
However, the person wasn't anyone he could get rid of with a snap of his finger. She was his woman's relative. Her own uncles wife. Cheng Meng!
But no matter what, Ah Si was determined to not let anything happen to her and he promised to fill her missing world with his everlasting love.
