Go For It!

Lu Jung raised his brows as he looked at the seemed to be sleeping man in front of him.

After a long period of thinking about whether to go or not, he finally shrugged his shoulders and went forward to shook him awake.

Ah Si knowing it is Lu Jung, didn't bother to open his eyes and continued on with his dreamland.

"Brother, we have to get going.." Being ignored, Lu Jung sighed and opted for his last option. His presence at the party was important as all their cousins, distant relatives and friends from everywhere were there and he was afraid complaints were going to come from Mother or Father if he didn't appear at the party.

"Seems like you enjoy spending time here...I will go and check on Ai and Aizhe then," Lu Jung raised his voice a bit when he said Aizhe's name. He purposely piqued Ah Si's interest and waited for him to finally surrender.

Hearing her name, Ah Si opened his deep set of onze eyes. Her name, which was like music to his ears perked up at the mention of her name. The calmness on his face disappeared and he suddenly stood up, hastily to go towards the door. Not even caring about the poor guy, he opened the door and went pass the long hallways.

Lu Jung who saw the restless, silent man leaving, suddenly froze. On the next moment, he held on to his mouth to hold back his suppressed laughter. 'What a silly man,' he wondered.

"Guys, move back, we need to decide the nickname now." Lu Jung came in from the long

split staircase, as he announced excitedly. Behind him was none other than Ah Si. His hands were tucked in his pants and he looked calm as his pair of cold, fathomless black eyes were particularly looking around for someone at the crowd.

"Ah Si, how is it going?," as soon as the guest saw him, they jumped on to him like a prey ready to be devoured. His reaction was calm but his eyes revealed everything. It was unable to be measured or understood but enough to show uninterest in his surroundings.

Ai's face got excited at the mention of her baby's nickname ceremony finally starting. She stood up silently and went towards her baby's incubator without no one noticing.

Smiling with her black doe eyes, she held on to her child's little thin pinky. A warm gaze was plastered on her face as she seemed to be communicating mainly by her eyes.

Anyone could see the longing she had for her child. To hug her and cuddle her would surely mean the whole world for Ai.

Noticing her little unhappy mood, Aizhe came behind her back and placed a hand in her shoulders. To be guilty was an understatement in Aizhe's case. She felt horrible every time she faced Lu Shan.

If on that day, Ai's life wouldn't have been in danger, she wouldn't have pushed her away at all. She was more than grateful that Ai understood her and hopefully Shan would too..

Flashing a bright smile filled with assurment at Ai, she ensured her that everything was going to be okay. She then took her hands and asked her:

"Sister, don't you think Little Shan went after you?," Ai smiled as she looked back at her kid seemingly pleased to hear that.

"Right, I have talked with Jung about this so many times, but he thinks that our child went after him, haha, how foolish of him," she said grinning.

"Of course, my baby would go after me, and not by her father, right my Shan?," she continued with a proud face. She patted the child's head as she asked her childishly. Aizhe finally saw the happiness she was looking for in Ai's face. Bright and joyful.

She chuckled with a bright smile as she stared at the little infant in the incubator with her fist on her drool smeared mouth.

'What an adorable sight to see,' Aizhe thought. She almost wanted to hold her and just leave many pecks on her round-shaped face.

She couldn't contain herself and she turned back to the same twenty years old girl who used to enjoy playing with kids back in her village.

She stood there as she made funny expression and soon, bubbling giggles, cheerful demeanor, and colorful facial expressions showed on the child's face.

Aizhe seemed to have become a child herself as she stood in front of the baby, proceeding to make various expressions to amuse the little newborn. It evidently looked like it worked as Little Shan kept on smiling with her doe, ink-filled black eyes.

Ai suddenly looked at Aizhe fascinated. "You must love kids, right?," Aizhe nodded eagerly.

Ai patted her head as she chuckled and reminded Aizhe that it is time for the ceremony. She wondered what nickname would Aizhe name for her little princess.

Aizhe's bright face brighten more at the mention of the nickname. She had a great name planned for Shan and she hoped Ai and Lu Jung would love it.

She couldn't wait to tell everyone and name the little child.

Lu Jung looked at Ai and when he saw her indication, he held the mic and introduced the round. Ai and Aizhe came in the front as Ai held her hands and waited for everyone to be ready.

From the crowd, Ah Si looked at the Amber mini slip dressed girl and his eyes showed fondness over her bright face. Next to him, Fiaso raised her brows with a glass of fruit punch in her hand. She looked amused as she saw many emotions going on and off in his face like the lamp. Chuckling, she spoke out: "Can you stop smiling like a fool, brother?"

Facing towards him with a chilly yet calm look, she continued. "Makes me throw up," Ah Si who seemed like he was used to her taunts kept quiet and continued to peacefully look at the art in front of him.

The wind was perfect as it added to her beauty. It kept cascading and making her brown curly hair to move about. Her pearly teeth and dimples were so visible that he couldn't help but look at them. Her brown eyes were so captivating that he was lost in them for an instant.

Noticing his deep gaze that lingered on her face, Aizhe's smiling face ceased a little and she raised her brows to ask him what happened.

Shooking his head, Ah Si mouthed "nothing," yet still kept on looking at her as if he wasn't sufficient yet.

Shaking her head, she looked away from him. She continued to wait for Lu Jung to finish his talk.

Applause was soon heard after his speech ended and Aizhe and Ai went next to the incubator. Aizhe held her breath as everyone awaited for the nickname to be announced.

"Go for it Aizhe.." Ai cheered and waited at the same time. 'How interesting would Aizhe's nickname be?'
