Walking down towards the room filled with various projectile screens, the Head Chief then smoothly entered while bringing in some couple of USB and files

Following him as he enters the room, projectiles posted on the wall slowly lit up one by one as it projected various upper echelons of G.E.N.O.S scattered all around the world

"Head Chief Kojou! You better have a very good reason for calling up a meeting at this time of the hour"

"Were not always free all the time Head Chief Kojou, you should know how the time axis of different countries differ right?"

Hearing that Head Chief Kojou then nodded as he looked at the exact 35 upper echelons of G.E.N.O.S"

"I assure you that my report at this moment needed all your understanding and attention, naturally such incident is a first of its kind, since we lack on how to deal with such situation on our side... I then asked all of you here to atleast provide assistance" said Head Chief Kojou

"Assistance? What kind of assistance?"

"If this is just a minor problem then you can count me out"

At that Head Chief Kojou then tapped unto the table infront of him as he said

"It's not a minor problem, in fact it is quite big to.be called a major one"

With that all upper echelons the  sudde ly turned to him to focus on the topic

"Speak"

Nodding at that permission he then started

"Firstly and foremost we had a sudden issue at the abandoned experimental base in Hokkaido just about yesterday, we all know the incident that almost revealed our real colors to the world right?" Asks Head Chief Kojou

"Naturally, can you get to the point?"

Sighing at their reaction he then continued

"Approximately at 4:30 pm yesterday, something happened at such a place inside the abandoned base, signs of life suddenly bloomed out from that area after a thorough scan from our observation tower"

"Life? As in there's intruders?

"Aren't you overexagerating this? It might just be some kind of loose critters"

Hearing that Head Chief Kojou then once more inserted a USB drive on a laptop near him and sent all the data towards the upper echelons

"We also thought of that at first, but as you can see we were proven wrong"

As he said that Kaido's satellite picture of himself together with everyone he brought over was pasted right at every upper echelons screens

"This..."

For a starters every upper echelon were completely stunned as they knew or heard of such person

"Subject no. 099, Ragnarok class, Riruko, Kaido... an esper who was confirmed as deceased was actually  quite alive and kicking... not only that he also brought over a group of espers belonging in his group which terrorized the troops and the observation tower nearby its location about 6:00 pm yesterday"

"..."

"They took from casual files to money before they left the vicinity, whats more none of them were baffled by the murder scene... its like they are already  quite accustomed to it" added Head Chief Kojou

At that moment one of the upper echelons raised his concern

"Wait all in all they have about 7 people in their group and about 50 people in our observation tower, are you saying by just 7 people, all 50 if our men were eradicated?"

"Sadly its the truth, by just mere 7 people they had eradicated every form of life on that observation  tower without batting an eye"

"Even the child with them?"

"Even the child" confirmed Head Chief Kojou

Upon hearing that everyone became silent for awhile until one of them asked

"Just who are these people?"

With that Head Chief Kojou then cleared his throat as he handed over another file towards the upper echelons

"Aside from subject no. 099, the other people with him are completely clean including the child"

"Clean?"

"Yes as in completely clean... no record, no profile, no identity, no family, no nothing... it is as if these type of people just suddenly popped out of nowhere"

With that everyone then became surprised by this report as one of them argued over it

"Thats completely impossible, every human that loved in this planet should have atleast a record or two about themselves!!!"

At that Head Chief Kojou then replied

"That is true indeed if it a normal target, but were talking a target which has connections to subject no. 099, the latter might have a way to atleast completely erase themselves from the record, after all subject no. 099 did hid from us for atleast 1 year which is deemed impossible... and yet he did"

Hearing that all the upper echelons became mute as they can't even argue at that fact

With that one of the upper echelons then asked him

"Then do you have atleast a basic identity on those people?"

"I do, but its recently made... yet we did witness their esper abilities"

"!!!"

"They consist of 3 males and 4 females including subject no. 099, two of them can shape-shift to an animal related monster like one can turn into a reptile while the other can turn into a werewolf... we classed them as metamorphic class, the other has a trait of being a vampire I  which we can conclude she has a vampire ability... she is categorized as trait class, the other female uses shadow to completely deal with her target... we classed her as manipulation type"

"....."

"As for the other two females, we still don't know much about them, but we can say they are all combat type espers, there is a higher possibility that subject no. 099 is gathering espers to completely eradicate us for his revenge"

With that the upper echelons finally chuckled as they mocked that idea

"Revenge? Did he think a mere 7 espers can defeat all of the 150 espers we have successfully generated into our side? He must be dreaming"

"Head Chief Kojou! What do you say about this? How will you handle this situation?"

With that question Head Chief Kojou then answered

"If I was to handle this then I will have to decide that I should probe him first to make known his current capability, by doing that I'll have to send some scout, assault, and assassination team to target him... after all of that I'll analyze the data to form a team of espers that counters his ability and completely eradicate him and his team"

Hearing that they then replied

"That is a plausible idea... but since your in charge of the situation in Japan, then make sure you do it right... send us any updated information about subject no. 099 afterwards... don't disappoint us"

"I understood... I'll also remove his files from the deceased section and put it in the wanted section"

"Please do"

After all that the projected screens then one by one went black as the meeting concluded

Following that as Head Chief Kojou then exited the room, he then came face to face with Aaron the same person who were with Kaido in the facility one year ago

"So what do we do now?" Asked Aaron

"We got the kill order, but you on the other hand still need to be in standby" replied Head Chief Kojou

"Huh? Why?" Asked Aaron

"That's because I need to probe him first to know his capabilities... information is what we need, dont disrupt my plans"

After that he then left towards another room leaving Aaron behind

[Train from Hamamatsucho to Shibuya]

As the meeting happened on the very next day, kaido and the group had been currently on travel for quite some time

Using all the resources they had traveled from Chitose to the airport using Fengris as a ride, then from the airport towards Haneda using Argos as their private flight carrier

After they arrived in Haneda Argos and fengris were completely exhausted as they underestimated the distance, for them they didn't even expect that Japan was so huge to begin with

Due to that they had taken the train from Haneda to Hamamatsucho, the  took another train from Hamamatsucho to Shibuya which caused them to atleast sti be in travel mode which took them atleast half a day

Currently the time they departured from chitose was about 7:00 pm and they only arrived at this train station on 12:00 pm the next day

Naturally just like their previous ride all Japanese people were currently  looking at them while others were taking pictures in their hidden angle

After all Kaido and the rest had a completely different vibe from any other ordinary Japanese people around

Whats more this particular group actually took on a whole bench for themselves

From Kaido's left the seating started from Sui, Ingrid, and Melfina,  from his right the sitting started from Aileene, Argos, and Fengris

Whats more everyone on e of them looked exceptional as if they all came out from a fairytail, which mostly partake on the vibe of the people from another world

Luckily they were dressed in a modern clothes, otherwise all the people might mistake them as cosplayers

Aside from the four calamity class beings who already wore .odern looking clothes Ingrid, Sui, and melfina had to completely change their outfit

Firstly Ingrid changed in a one piece white dress with a blue vest jean on top, as for Sui of course he is wearing a string dress, girl shoes and also a summer hat, while for Melfina she just wore a crop top shirt with a tight female attire jeans

Followed by their varying hair color of the females, they all look like foreigners to the other people

Some men were even taking picture of all the female in the group, while some young teenagers were taking pictures of all the males in the group including Kaido who seemed to be the leader

As both fengris and Sui were watching the outside structures from the window, they still couldn't believe the speed in which the train travels

As for Argos he seemed to have been amused of the expressions that the humans exhibit infront of him

As for Melfina she just closed her eyes as she carefully observed the surroundings, while for Kaido, Ingrid and Aileene, all three of them feel asleep on each others shoulders due to exhaustion from staying up all night

But as if electrocuted Kaido jolted up as he woke up the two sleepy heads who used him as a pillow

At that moment while both fengris and Sui was completely at an awe, Argos then asked Kaido across from the yawning Aileene

"This humans are so interesting, their faces are so fun to watch especially their reactions whenever I look at them and smile"

"Thats because they found you as an oddball"

"Is that the reason?"

"I don't know... "

"You don't know?"

"... whatever suits you"

After a big yawn Aileene then stretched out her arms as she putted them onto of both Argos and Kaido's shoulder

"So are we there yet?"

Nearing that Kaido then looked atvthe outside window as he said

"Were near"

With that he nudged Ingrid awake as he pulled her arm

"Oi! Wake up!"

"Yesh... yesh..." replied Ingrid as she try to wake herself up

After awhile the train finally arrived at the Shibuya station where Kaido originally lived

Taking the first step out of the train he then looked at the bustling crowd which were busy on their gadgets immediately looked up towards them

After this foremost attention, they then finally exited the train station as they glanced around

Coincidentally there were many traveling students were in the way which naturally added to their viewers around

"What now?" Asks Ingrid

Hearing that Kaido then said

"What we need now is funds, which my parents naturally would have if they still remember me... and knowledge"

"!!!"

"Were going to need a place to stay, plus aside from that I need to atleast learn more about human biology so that I can atleast try to control matters inside a human and easily kill all of them right?"

"Thats a straightforward plan, but you intend to study?"

"Yeah! Senior high first since I can't just skip grades...and my target is..."

After pondering that he then looked around only to see a magazine on the floor, after picking it up he then smiled as he said

"Aoyama Gakuin highschool that will be a decent start"

"Did you thought of that out just this moment?" Asked Fengris

Hearing that Kaido then thought of his reply as he said

"Do you believe in intuition?"
