As soon as I saw him I fell for him. Maybe it was the hair. Or the face. Or those beautiful ocean eyes. Or perhaps the body.

I'm joking.

If you must know, it was his personality, and how nice he was to me. No one was ever as nice to me as he is. Which is why I always want to be with him, though school makes that a little difficult.

When I saw him rushing out of school, I caught up with him. When I asked if he wanted to go somewhere, and he said he couldn't (with a HUGE SMILE on his face) I started to panic. Does he like someone? Is he going somewhere with them?

This is why I was so surprised when he said, "You know what? Why don't you come with me? I'll show you something interesting."

Of course, I agreed. I mean, why wouldn't I? So I got in the passenger side door and we set off.

When we reached the woods, he told me what he wanted to show me was down the path and near a clearing.

I followed him down the path as he led the way. He then cut off the path onto a trail that led to a clearing. There was a cage over on one side of the clearing, and a gun discarded in the center.

Alex walked towards the side of the clearing that was on the left, opposite of the cage. I followed right next to him since we were in a clearing now.

I talked about the things I wanted to talk about. He was so comfortable to talk to. The best part is I didn't feel judged when talking to him. I loved the little smile on his face that showed only when I started to excitedly ramble about something.

We then started to walk through the woods. I was curious of where we were going but I trust him.

We reached the opening of a cave, and holy shit, was that arrangement of flowers just stunning! I gasped in surprised. I swear Alex chuckled at that.

"It's beautiful, isn't it?"

"Yes, it is," I responded

"Wait till you hear it's voice."

Wait. Do what now? Hear what's voice? I cocked my head to the side in confusion. The small smile on his face grew at that.

Alex started walking into the cave, and I followed right behind him. When we reached inside he told something to stay in the shadows.

Strange.

Then the smell hit me. It was terrible. Alex didn't seem to mind it though. Or did he not even smell it?

He told me "it" was friendly. That "it" wouldn't hurt me. That I shouldn't scream or run. Whatever it was I was going to be strong in front of Alex. I wouldn't run nor will I scream.

He said it could come out after asking if I could hear it. Hear what? To me he was just talking to himself. But I believe that there's something there.

"It" came out. It was a skeleton and it was covered in blood. You could see it's organs. It had massive claws for hands and feet. It must be what's emitting that smell.

Alex introduced me to "Sukino". That was apparently it's name. There is so much to take in, but I pretend it's fine.

What is it? How can I not hear it? Why can Alex hear it? How did they met? Why are they so close? Why is he so fucking close with that thing? And why the hell is there a cat covered in blood?!
