Chapter 4

In Tokyo, 4 hours after the test, Aika can finally go home. Since she only lived with her mother, there's noone in her house right now, because her mother is still in her office. Feeling bored, she decide to just walk around randomly. Maybe, she will see something that will piqued her interest. Call it hunch or whatever, but her instinct told her that, so she just follow her instinct. At first, she just buy some dango on her way. Only that, nothing piqued her interest again, so disappointed, she decided to go home for real. But, not long after she walks home, suddenly she has a feeling that she is being followed. Quickening her steps, she just go into a random alley, and activated her power to jump into a tall building. Indeed, not long after that, there's a boy poking his head to look into the alley. She just see it as a boy charmed by her beauty and wanted to know her. But, she is surprised to see that the boy didn't leave the alley after finding out that she has gone, rather he started to look up to search for something. Fortunately for her, he didn't seems to see her atop the building and finally he decided to leave. Breathing a sigh of relief, she resume her journey to home. But what she don't see is that there's another woman looking at her with amused expression on her face. Not long after, she vanished too from that place.

The boy, Valir, whom has modified his body to be the same age as Aika, is waiting patiently for something. Near him, there's a ripple in the space, where Stheno appear from her astral mode.

Stheno - Ufufu, master. How lovely of you waiting for my arrival~. Do you really love me that much~~?

Valir - Hehe, well of course!! You're my goddess Stheno after all. Well then, how's it going?

Stheno - Ara, how cold of you, master~. Looks like I'm nothing more than a tool for you. How that deeply hurt my feelings. It's so hurt until I forgot what i've seen~~

Valir - Uuummm, well my goddess, please forgive this humble one. This humble one is too excited before and forget to consider about my goddess feeling. I'm deeply sorry for that.

Stheno - Ufufu, really, master~~??

Valir - Of course it's real!! 100% real!!

Stheno - Ufufu, how cute, master. Well then, do you want to know what i've seen?

Valir - Yes, please my goddess. My future is on you.

Stheno - Ara, then okay. Ufufu, you really choose a weird girl, master. In that age, even me, a perfect idol goddess for all men, feel a little bit threaten when i observed her. She seemed to have a uniqued power inside her that she still haven't mastered yet. Also, she is still a little bit naive because she didn't seem to consider your move to see upward as a move to discover her. I can tell from the shock face she made, that she is still thinking that your move is some random move. At least she didn't know that she is being monitored.

Valir - Hmmm, something didn't quite right here. In the anime, she is quite intelligent and calculative person. I'm sure that she is being cautios there, because she can't located you. Because she think, making a move there will be a disadvantage for her, she choose to wait-and-see attitude to know what you want. Maybe she thought I'm being used by you as a mean to observe her. And from what I know, in anime, Aika can really control her emotion really well. But I don't know that she already master it at such young age. What a surprise there.

Stheno - You really like her, don't you master?

Valir - Well, eventhough ZnT wasn't the first anime i watched, but it is the first time I know the term of anime, before all of anime is the same, that is cartoon. Hehe, quite an embarassing there. Anyway, ZnT really leaves me quite deep impression, especially Aika so it's not wrong to say that Aika is my first love.

Stheno - Ara ara, were you that bad, master?

Valir - Well, because my unique innate, I always got bad luck in my previous life, and it also happen in my love life. Well, I never really love because whenever I was interested in one girl, that said girl is always have a boyfriend, or the next day she will be confessed by the boy she loved. So yeah, I never truly fell in love before.

Stheno - ...How sad of you, master. But, seems like all that bad luck you've been endure your entire life finally bears a fruit. You have me now, master~~. So don't be sad, okay??

Valir - Well thanks for the concern, my goddess. It really touched me. I'm very gratefull~

Stheno - Ufufu, now what's your next plan, master?

Valir - Well, let's wait for Suzu to come back first, and then I'll tell you.

Aika - Hhmmm, who is that I wonder? I can't even located his/her location. Looks like I have to complete controlling my power faster. But, I wonder why that boy look upward?? Hmmm, really, there's a lot of mystery here. Seems like I need to read more into detective's novel. Good idea. Maybe someday I can use it to role play as a detective, I'm sure it will be fun. Ufufu, well let's put aside this problem, I need to go home faster. It's getting pretty late and I don't want mother to arrive at home faster than me.

After that, she activate her power to boost her speed to the max. Of course, she is doing in on top of the building, and she also didn't forget to cast invisible spell so no one can see her. It's better safe than sorry.

Unknown to her, there's a pair of eye that can still see her. Even though she has casted invisiblity spell, but with Suzu's abilities, it's easy to follow the trail she left behind. Her job is only one, that is to follow Aika to her home, and report it back to Valir. It stil sometime until she finished her task so let's back to Valir.

Valir - Nee, sys. How much time until I can use the summoning system again?

System - Until host can collect enough SQ to use it.

Valir - Can't I borrow it from system?

System - No.

Valir - ....tch, you're no fun.

System - Thank you for the compliment, host.

Valir - .....By the way, what is the summoning campaign right now?

System - Right now, is the summoning campaign for Lost Belt 5. Today is Europe's turn. And tomorrow is both Europe and Super Orion.

Valir - How's the review of the servant?

System - Europe mainly positive, while Super Orion is crazy.

Valir - Hmm??

System - Most people said that the first mistake of FGO is Merlin, and the Second is Super Orion, so host can measure his worth yourself.

Valir - ....How many days left for the campaign?

System - Not much, 5 days left.
