After hearing what she needed to hear, Yue got back to pick up Kil and their order. They went back to the cabin.

Yue left Kil to Ker who just woke up and went straight to her room.

She dialed Yyan's number, when she couldn't reach him, she immediately switched to calling Assistant Yi. It's not that Yue was panicking, but after several attempts she still cannot reach them.

Yue tried to think for ways to reach them. Time is not on her side.

"Boss, can you give me Boss Kiro's number?" Yue decided to ask for Ker's help.

Ker didn't respond but took his phone and directly called Kiro. He immediately handed the phone to her as if it was a hot potato.

"You meanie!! , you left me here alone to labour while you travel with Kil and Yue. I'll tell Yyan you're kidnapped his sister, you're dead" Kiro's loud voice erupted as soon as the call connected. No wonder Ker immediately threw the phone.

"Do you have a way to contact my brother" Yue had to cut straight to the point. She doesn't have time to listen to his nonsense at the moment.

"You- give me one moment" Kiro got serious.

"I apologize, even I can't reach him at this moment" Kiro got back after a few minutes. Of course they're talking about a different means of communication here.

Kiro knew that Yyan was currently dealing with some problems at the border. He was not privy to the details and he didn't intent to put his hands on the matter.

The Ten Noble Families aren't just there for nothing. Each of the families was assigned specific responsibilities that keep the country stable.

The Crest Family work at the dark side while his Fierro Family work on the economic side.

If he tried to dabble on the Crest Family matters then that would be crossing the line of his authority. And since Yue didn't ask for his help, the more he would not volunteer himself.

"It's alright, thank you" Yue cut the line.

I would be leaving for the moment. If I can't return by tomorrow, you can leave without me" Yue didn't offer any explanation and walked out of the cabin, but before she can disappear, small arms wrapped around her legs.

Kil didn't whine or cry, just that he felt that his big sister is going somewhere dangerous and he doesn't want anything to happen to her so his body automatically tried to stop her.

Yue knew the little guy is smart so she didn't try to trick him otherwise.

"Big sister needed to go and save her big brother. Big sister will try to make it back safely, but this is something I needed and wanted to do so Kil should understand. Please let go of big sister" Yue still patiently explained for the little guy.

Kil reluctantly let her go. But a firm glint passed by his eyes unknowingly.

"Big sister take care. Kil will be praying for your safe return" Kil hid his tightened fist as he bid his goodbye.

"Thank you baby" Yue gave him a small hug and kissed his chubby cheeks goodbye.

"Don't be reckless" Ker uttered and went back to his room.

Yue was thankful for the moron who provided her with information. She didn't have enough time to verify whether the information was correct or not but Yue still decided to risk going to the place of ambush point in hope that she'd be able to meet her brother or his people earlier to warn them.

It was fortunate that she happened to be in the same location.

Yue rented a car and connected to GPS to avoid getting lost.

Her destination, the Sword Forest.

Sword forest was also known as black forest.

The place was filled with randomly scattered sword-like obsidian stones that are hidden by lush vegetation. If one was not familiar with the place, it was easy to get wounded and even fall to death.

The Royal Family already ordered to seal off the place from the public and special permission is needed to enter it.

Surprisingly, there's still a lot of people who wanted to challenge the place even if casualties can't be avoided.

On normal times Yue would think twice before entering such place. She's not really the adventurous, thriller seeker type of person but there's no use dilly dallying if she wanted to get the information to Yyan in time.

But before Yue can start her journey, she was surrounded by several man in black.
