The Different Aura

After taking a shower he went out of his room, Dilay and Asli were there in the balcony, gossiping about the neighbourhood girls, Jun took a bottle of water and started walking to the balcony as well when suddenly he saw an NBCC in Dilay's room and got surprised, he approached them.

"Hey Dilay, you play Blood & Swords?"

Dilay's attention shifted from the neighbourhood to him.

"Yeah, it's a great game."

"Yeah, it is, we should meet in it sometime."

Just as Dilay was about to respond, Asli interrupted her with a prideful expression.

"Nah-uh-uh." She said raising her finger, swinging it side to side.

"You have to be high-status to meet Dilay, she's royalty."

Jun furrowed his eyes in confusion.

"What do you mean?"

"Dilay is from the Yıldız Family, an aristocratic family with a lot of respect, they have been in Turkey since the Ottoman Ages."

Jun was shocked and got interested in the conversation as he looked at Asli, he had met aristocrats in the game but never in real life, too aristocrats he was just a top-level mercenary for hire who could fight great, not much to interest.

"What about you, are you also aristocratic?"

"I'm not aristocratic, but I am from a family of high-pay so I could meet Dilay in school, and we became best friends eventually."

"Interesting..." He said as his eyes travelled between them, his hand stroking his chin, but after thinking for a while he thought of something which made his brows come close even more, almost touching each other.

"You don't have the aura of an aristocrat or royalty though...Why do you live in this apartment, isn't it small for you?"

Dilay's face went cold as she heard what he said about her "aura" when it came to her status she was quite the troublesome.

"If you want I can show my aura, but you would freeze from shock, your lowly blood wouldn't be able to stand it."

Asli nodded repeatedly.

Jun smirked as he put his hands in his pocket, he liked a good challenge.

"Come on, hit me with your "royal" aura." He got ready as his red coloured aura surrounded him.

"You asked for it." She took a deep breath in as the air around them changed, suddenly getting serious.

As soon as she breathed out, her ice coloured aura came out of her, enveloping Jun. A pressure came upon his shoulders as his face disfigured, he thought he could stand it since he had been cultivating but this pressure was strong, like boulders on top of him, his knees were about to break when suddenly, the ancient strength that he had felt in the game started forming inside of him, travelling all over his body as it changed his from a measly red-one to a golden majestic one.

The aura Dilay was releasing was immediately shattered in front of her eyes, her eyes contracting as his aura enveloped her body, making her feel terrified as it shook her entire soul from within, Jun's eyes had changed from the pure black colour to one with a slight tint of yellow on his iris, an enraged expression on his face.

"You dare challenge your ruler!?!?!" His mighty voice full of power travelled through the neighbourhood, terrifying the civilians, making the animals stiff as birds dropped from the skies.

Dilay felt the need to lower her head as she felt the pressure increasing quickly, tears almost coming out of her amber eyes.

"No..." She mumbled out, her voice cracking.

As soon as her words came out, the pressure started receding immediately, quickly going away as it travelled back into Jun's body, towards his stomach, the colour of black returning to his eyes as he felt dizzy from the sudden control of his head, immediately falling on the ground, his eyes shut.

Colour came back to Dilay's face as she looked at his body on the ground, with suspicions and alert, she had never felt so weak and hopeless in her entire life, Asli was already slapping his face lightly so he would wake up, she had not felt his aura since it was all directed towards Dilay, but she heard the words and the way Dilay lowered her head meant that his aura was powerful.

Everyone that was either an aristocrat or someone of high-status or played Blood & Swords knew about Aura's these days, some had weak and colourless ones, while others had strong and colourful ones, you could cultivate them by what you experience or with a cultivation script.

For example, although Jun's aura in his past life was colourless at first, it later changed to red due to him learning "1212 Fists" cultivation script, that was the reason he could be so great at duelling.

All bodies had an aura, some you could feel and some you couldn't, the man that enters the room and suddenly everybody is looking at him, he has an aura, the opposite of the man that looks insignificant.

Dilay's aura was created the way it is because of her natural cold and aloof personality, also because of her arrogance knowing that she was from an aristocratic family.

Wei's was blood-red, telling about his carefree nature and impulsive decisions, even in his past life and in here it was the same.

From what Jun could tell, Asli's was a colourless but with a slight tint of green on it, a healing aura which would make everyone happy unknowingly, but it was weak, so it didn't have much effect unless she trained it.

But right now all Jun could remember was the man he saw before "his" golden aura forming and coming out, the man was great in stature with a smile that could make the skies smile back, a playful one at the same time.

And all he said was...

"Watch this..." before turning around and facing the skies, his golden aura coming out, but it was way more powerful than the one Dilay experienced and way more powerful than what Jun experienced in the cave it shot out to the sky like a laser beam, splitting the clouds, revealing the blue sky.

For a while nothing happened until a deafening roar heard in the sky made Jun paralyzed as a mighty and monstrous golden lion with fire in its eyes appeared, running through the air in astonishing speed, heading towards them.

Jun tried to move but he couldn't he looked at the man beside only to see him walk forward gracefully, his arms open wide with a smile.

Jun tried to warn him but it was already too late as the lion landed in front of him.

"Leo!!" The man shouted at the lion.

"Rawr!!" A deep and mighty roar escaped the lion's mouth, shaking the ground below them, it was amazing.

The lion reached the man as they hugged each other, his hands not even reaching the ends of the lion's nose, the lion stood up on his feet and looked at Jun, Jun felt pressure coming from its but it wasn't big and powerful, more like soft and windy.

It started walking towards him, its steps making loud trembles on the ground every time, until it reached him, its gigantic body covering him, Jun thought he was about to get eaten and closed his eyes, when suddenly he felt a slight nudge on his chest, pulling him up in the air, he opened his eyes only to find himself on the back of it, the man on the ground looking small, he still had that cheeky smile on him though.

He looked around to see where he was at in location but suddenly the lion started sprinting towards the sea, Jun tried to stop it, pulling its hair but that only made it worse as it went faster until they reached the shore.

The lion suddenly rose in the sky, flying.

Jun was first shocked from the absurd and continuous events but when he saw the horizon and great blue sea he felt great happiness, as they say, "The sky and the sea are a man's dreams."

He smiled at the sight as it started to get blurry, until his view went black for a while until he finally woke up, seeing unidentifiable faces before his vision cleared up, Wei was beside him as well as Asli, they were talking about how light could feather be, it was one of Wei's conversation starters that always worked for some reason.

He tried getting up to sit on his bed, only for an audible sound to come out of his mouth, his body immediately falling back to the position he was previously on.

Thankfully Wei heard it.

"Hey, you're awake! Dude, what happened, did you hit your head or something, they said you screamed loud and then fell on the ground like a wuss, you know I think you have gotten weaker since you have started playing that game, screaming can make you fall." Jun's head hurt from the sudden fast-talking, this guy could never shut up when he started.

"Raise me." He said as he held on to his head, trying to calm down the sharp pain.

"Yeah, sure thing..." Wei pulled Jun by his arms, raising him in a sitting position as Asli put a pillow behind his back.

He turned his head towards Asli, thousands of questions on his mind.

"How's Dilay?" He asked with a worried face.

"Wow, dude you hit a woman that's what's up, equal rights, equal fights but why, and you got knocked out too, you really are weak, if it was me I would..." Not even letting Asli speak, Wei interrupted with his usual theories.

"Wei, my brother, my best friend, my brother in arms..." Jun turned towards Wei with a smile on his face.

"Yeah?"

"Will you shut the f**k up for a second?!" Jun's smile went away as a begging expression appeared on his face, but on Wei's face there was still a cheeky and playful smile, nonetheless, he nodded and went out to the kitchen to make some sandwiches.

He already knew what had happened from what Asli told him, and was thinking about it, but teasing Jun was something he had to do, it was fun, before going out the way he turned back around.

"Hey, what do you want in your sandwich?" Not even asking if Jun wanted one, he already knew.

"The one we do usually." A smile formed on Jun's lips as he answered, he would never pass by food.

"Alright." With that he closed the door, heading towards the kitchen.

Jun's head turned back to Asli, his stoic expression returning as he asked the same question one more time.

"How's Dilay?"

Asli didn't answer for a while as a blush was creeping up on her face, her eyes fixated on his chest; he looked down and saw that his robe was slightly open, revealing his chest and a little more as his abs were also showing, no matter which day and age, abs and muscles were a woman's favourite things.

Jun covered up as he snapped his finger's in front of her.

"I know, I'm perfect. But as I said, how's Dilay?"

Asli shook her head and looked back up to him, her blush still there but not as visible as it was going away, she was quite fast at calming down.

"Well, after you shouted at her, she immediately dragged you in the room and laid you on the bed, really gently though, it was quite unusual. After that she quickly put on some clothes and went to her home, the aristocratic one, where her family is, I tried to slow her down but it seemed like she was quite hasty so I let her go. That's it."

Jun furrowed his eyebrows as he stared into her eyes, almost compelling her to tell the truth.

"Really? That's it?"

Asli tried to avoid his eyes but for some reason, she couldn't, almost like if she lied she would never be the same again.

"Well, yeah..."

Jun's voice went low as he leaned in on her face.

"Asli, tell me the truth."

Asli's eyes drooped low as she looked at the ground.

"Well...she kept muttering something about "The blood of the emperor" or something like that."

"When was the last time she went to her home?"

Asli wanted to lie her way out again but his flaming hot gaze was too strong, so she just gave up.

Jun nodded and smiled softly at her, a satisfied expression on his face.

"Okay, thank you, you may leave now."

Asli's eyebrows furrowed as she looked at him.

"You sure? You don't need me here to help?"

Jun shook his head.

"Nah, I'll get better immediately, it was just fainting, nothing much." He laughed as his shoulders went up and down.

"Alright then, get well soon." She stood up and left, Wei coming in with the sandwiches, closing the door making sure no one could hear, grabbing a chair and sitting down beside him, handing him one as he bit into his.

"So...What did she say?"

"Dilay hasn't gone to her house in 5 years, but as soon as my golden aura came out, she went there, which I find strange, she was even muttering something about emperor's blood but yeah, that's all."

"Yeah okay...hey how did you get that golden aura anyway?"

"I don't know, but it was probably when I entered this ancient cave near my village in the game, it was the same colour and had the same ancient and mighty feeling."

Wei raised his eyebrows at him.

"You think you can show it to me?"

"I don't know..." Jun focused inside his body and tried to let the golden aura out of his body, but all he could manage was a slight golden glow in his hands, before it disappeared, scattering in the air.

"That's all I got." He turned to Wei, his eyes looking for answers, if there was one thing Jun knew, it was that Wei would often make up the weirdest of assumption of things he and Jun didn't know, and it would turn out to be the right assumption.

Wei stroked his chin in thought, humming in silence as Jun ate his sandwich.

"Maybe it's the cultivation script you are practicing, I mean since it feels the same; it probably is, speaking of the game, guess where I landed?" A cheeky smile formed on his lips as he probed Jun to guess with his eyes.

"China."

"No."

"Russia."

"No."

"I don't know, just tell me." Jun said with a non-interested expression.

"Italy." A prideful smile appeared on Wei's face as Jun's eyes widened.

"No way!?" A wide smile appeared on Jun's lips, he found this situation outrageous.

"Hell yeah!" Wei laughed loudly, his shoulders rising up and down.
