Two-Faced

Hazel continued to scream and slash at the canvas with her brush as her thoughts raged on.

She hated Will too. Hated him for manipulating her into loving him, for his secrets, for his lies, and for the fact that he was so good to her that she was conflicted even now. Her feelings of love and hate swirled around inside her so ferociously she thought she might explode.

But there was no one she hated more than herself right now. She had fallen for the trap. She had been so caught up in the lies and the promise of finally having real happiness that once she realized she was inside a demon's den she didn't care enough to leave.

Even now, her anger and self-loathing weren't enough to make her leave him. She was still waiting for him to come back like always.

Waiting. Hazel had spent most of her life waiting for this man.
