Talk with Dad

The four of them were sitting in the living room for quite some time. So-Young filled them in on her schedule and started telling them all about her life with the girls. Stuff like this would only come out when you talk face to face. Her mother then left to prepare their lunch. She wanted to make all the food that So-Young loved. When she left So-Young thought it was a good time to talk with her father.

So-Young: "Dad, I have something important to discuss."

He saw that she was not goofing around and got serious himself.

Dad: "What do you want to say?"

She went on to tell him her plans. She had to explain what a smart-phone was and its functions. He was really amused and his eyes were sparkling.

So-Young: "I just need some materials and I will be able to make a sample for you. If it works out, I can show the ropes to someone else. But we will need to develop other things like wi-fi, etc. It will take some time. If it works out, you can quit working for that company. I know you plan on quitting."

Dad: "You are getting a little side-tracked. Let us start making the sample first. All of that can be discussed later. I will get you the materials you need. But how will you be able to work on this with your busy schedule?"

So-Young: "Don't worry! the work load will become less after the MNET awards. "

Then, So-Young's mother called them down for lunch. They all ate lunch together. So-Young was happy to finally eat her mom's food. By the time the meal making him looker cuter than usual. So-Young chuckled at him.

So-Young: "I'll take him with me. I wanna sleep too. You guys don't get much time alone."

She went up the stairs with the cuddly little guy in her arms. Both of them fell asleep within minutes.

It was 5 o'clock in the evening when she woke up. She decided to get some exercise as she had eaten to much for lunch. She went to her wardrobe a took a pair of shorts and a t-shirt along with a mask. She put on her running shoes and went out. She jogged around 10 km with a fast pace and sprinted the last stretch back home. She came back home and removed her mask. She did some sit-ups, squats and push ups. She had started using the mask when she went out as more people started recognizing her. She did not like it as it made her feel stuffy but she had better get used to it.

She took a long shower and were a fresh set of clothes. She would have loved spending the night back home but she had to early in the morning the next day. So, she had to go back to the apartment. She said goodbye to her parents and her brother and left for the apartment.

She was able to reach at 8 o'clock. It was pretty late and CL would get angry so she rushed upstairs and went inside. Luckily she did not get scolded but only got a angry glare from her Eonni. They ate dinner together. CL and Minzy made some delicious noodles and all of them gobbled it down. So-Young went to the music room work on the blueprint of a smart-phone. She had to list out all the materials she needed for each of the parts. It took a long time to complete the tedious process but she was able to make a detailed list of what she needed. She emailed it to her father and looked at the time. It was 2 o'clock in the morning. She had to leave early in the morning so she rushed into her room to get some sleep.
