In Jeremy's head, a heavy wave of pressure would move back in forth like a cat scan. His body would tingle and jerk and curl inside a liquid unknown to his sense of touch. He felt what his body was touching; however, all he could think was blank. His mind was empty; he just felt gone. He find himself floating in darkness, his body felt cold from the tip of his toes down to the tips of his fingernails. The dark warmth of blackness would slowly wrap around his body.
"Alright, lovely's, let's take a walk back in time today and find out what he had seen." The two nurses would laugh and giggle as she would put on clean gloves." How far back are we going to go, Doctor?" The head nurse would ask him as she fills up a syringe with cyanide and put it on a medicine table on the side for that just in case moment. She would then order the other nurse to begin the attachments. Tentacle squid-like needles would Pierce I to Jeremy from head to toe, three in the head seven in the torso and arms eight that would also attach to him from the legs up to his gluteus. The needles would wiggle and twitch naturally as it starts to suck in blood and Cycles it around the body.
" Now be careful sweeties, his body right now is very fragile due to the artificial enhancements surgery he has gotten to keep him alive. Fortunately, because of those same enhancements, this makes it easy for us to keep him alive longer in the machine." a smile would cross his face. he was turning the time dial to the date of the island. "His feedback might start slow, but we will see everything this time." he would not own himself and then face the nurses, which they proceeded to dim the room and lash up all exit doors. Turning back to the main screen on which of the Hologram would appear, Doctor Briggs, what turn the dial and hit the record button to July 18th, 2289.
~ the Hologram transmission with turn on and show what date of July 18th, 2289, Jeremy starts to wake up ~
stretching and groaning, Jeremy will let out a yawn as a small tear will fall in this right eye. Feeling for his nightstand, he'll pick up his phone and look at the time. "shit is Three in the fucking morning. Why do I always get up so early." Jeremy would mumble as he would slowly get up, trying to be quiet for his bunkmate. Going to the restroom, he would take a piss and chough up a little blood while washing his hand. thinking to himself as he looked at the blood.~ they told him after transferring Friends of the island that his body would have to get used to the change in atmosphere since they're so close to a crater and radioactivity for a few days he will be coughing up a lot and sneezing his brains out if not literally maybe figuratively however until then he is to be treated with all of these medications so his body can acclimate to the area what a fucking joke I came here to cook on a quite iland not slowly die before I make enough money to move my brother and me out of this military slavery.~
He was spitting into the sink, then rinsing it out. He would take his time to turn on the shower letting the steam in the room filled the small bathroom and cleans his nose. Taking his three moring pills out of the medicine cabinet then hopped in the shower. Fortify-five mins later, he would come out soaking wet with a towel out of the bathroom, letting the steam out into the bedroom still dark slowly lighting up from the natural light that is coming from the sun out the window. He could already hear the small birds twite and sing. letting the window up a bit to let the morning cool air come in the room. A small smile would cross Jeremy's lips as the cold breeze would hit him. he would get dressed in his BDU and quietly leave the room. "God, my roommate is dumb as a doornail and can sleep like a rock no matter what I do. He's lucky I left an alarm clock to wake him up every morning so he can get some chow before it's all gone.
He is laughing to himself as he would stroll down the long hallways to the mess hall. Nodding his head and saying good morning to faces, he seen every day but did not make time to know their name. He would make his turn left to the smaller hall then the main one. Though still a long walk," Honestly I don't know what architect had a hard-on for long hallways." going to the back way of the kitchen, he would great his head chefs good moring no matter how much he hates the guts of the guy. He was a major dick for the chef. Some people could even argue that he was abusing his power and rank. The sad part is that he knew it all to a well of how much an ass he was. When it comes down to it, his kitchen his rules, I guess. At least he was easy on the eyes Jeremy would think to himself as he would put on his apron and gloves to start the prep food for the day." Up early again Jermey, are you sure that you shouldn't go back to sickbay to make sure your alright they said that the first two weeks are always the hardest." Aron would ask in a soft voice. Aron was a Private first class who would always smile and lighten the room no matter dark or stressful the day was. He was a little bubble of light that I treated him like my brother, who's family adopted me. I seem to take the shy ones under my wings and protect them until they are ready to defend themself. Smiling back, I would say, "I am not sick Aron, I just can never sleep for lone, so instead of not doing anything with my life and just lay down, I might as well work" He would protest, " you need some rest though." The rest is for the weak." I would say cutting him off so the chef would not hear him. I Don't need him getting any more information on me.
rolling his eye, Aron would take up a bad of potatoes and start pealing, as I go in the deep freezer looking for our big box of bacon. " It always smells like something died in here. " I think there's a dead rat somewhere in the meat locker!" Jeremy would yell loud as he would exit, carrying the big box of bacon to the table. At that moment the air felt weird to him, he felt as if everything went in slow motion his face to turn to Aron as a flash of horror would as a blue light would skate across the kitchen the Boom the explosion flared up and fire as the floor gave way where Aron stood. "No.." way all I could say.
