You're colder than ice

Yu Chen nodded and continued sobbing. Soon, Si Xia's shirt was wet with her tears.

Yu Chen spoke between sobs, "You must think how weak I am. Right?"

Si Xia kissed her head as she said, "Of course not. I know how strong you are. I know you've held on for so long. But everyone needs to let it all out once in a while."

Yu Chen looked up after she had calmed down a lot. She said, "I try to be happy. But seeing Mr. and Mrs. Mo like that. I can't help but fell guilty."

Si Xia: "It was not your fault. It was an accident."

Yu Chen: "The accident would never have happened if I had not asked him to have dinner with Mian. He would have gone home safely and none of this would have ever happened."

Si Xia: "Chen, you need to stop blaming yourself. I know that if Kio was here right now, he would flick your forehead and tell you 'you are being silly'."

Yu Chen let out a chuckle between her sobs, "That sounds just like him."

Si Xia also smiled as Yu Chen looked at the grave and said, "Do you want to know what happened that night before I came to meet you?"

Si Xia: "You did tell me that you met Kio. And also about Mo Anxia."

Yu Chen looked at him, "But I never told you what we talked about."

Si Xia: "Only if you want to."

Yu Chen leaned into Si Xia's embrace and took hold of his hands. She blew on them thrice and said, "Your hands are cold."

Si Xia smiled, "They're okay now."

Yu Chen smiled as he snuggled closer to her.

She began.

Yu Chen talked for quite a while. She told Si Xia how Mo Kio had given her a handmade laptop, that he has personally built for Mo Anxia. He had told her Anxia's story, and told Chen how he somehow felt like Anxia was somewhere when he had met Chen.

Yu Chen told Xia how he had started acting like a big brother, how Yu Chen had told him that she has always wanted a big brother, and he had said that she had always been like his little sister.

After she was done, Yu Chen's tears had again began to fall, though she did not seem to have noticed and was staring at the falling snowflakes. Si Xia brushed off the snow that had accumulated over her shoulders and on her head. He said, "How are you?"

Yu Chen continued to look up as she said, "They're happy memories. But talking about it feels like something lifted off my chest."

Si Xia turned her around and kissed away her tears. He then planted a soft kiss on Chen's forehead and said, "Want to go back?"

Yu Chen snuggled into his embrace and said, "In a while."

The two stayed there for some time, hugging each other and looking at Anxia's grave, only moving to brush off the snow from the other's head and shoulders. Once, Yu Chen touched Si Xia's cheek.

She gasped as she said, "Oh god. You're colder than ice. Let's go."

Si Xia smiled and the two got up.
