"I like her."

"You look even more beautiful and decent in person than in the photos in his bedroom," Tae-Oh's mother said the moment she laid eyes on Jin-A.

Jin-A didn't know what to say to that, so she simply smiled and bowed her head respectfully before muttering a quiet "Thank you."

Jin-A had to admit that Tae-Oh had probably gotten his good looks from his mother. The lady before her looked nothing like she had expected. She had thought his mother would look very homely in probably an oversized shirt and skirt or something, but instead, she looked really beautiful and polished.

She was elegantly dressed in a trench coat, and her hair which was neatly twisted into a knot and sat in the middle of her head with a fancy hairpin holding it in place, was swept away from her face, emphasizing her prominent cheekbone.

"I've missed you too much," Tae-Oh said with a big smile as he wrapped his mother in a hug and kissed her forehead.
