Another One?

Jack's eyes widen at the sight. "Isn't that an-" She hushes him speaking a bit quieter than him. "Yes, it's an overworld wristband, you're not special ya know." Jack nods. "Yeah I know, I just didn't think I'd find another person this easily, anyway. Where'd you get the paint? I feel like I stick out like a sore thumb with a gold wristband among every black one in the room."

"And you do, people are wondering why you have it, though luckily they just think it's a wristband for allergies, you're lucky you pulled that lie in front of joey and not Hans, or else you would be hoarded like an animal about to be fed on by wolves." Jack nods, scratching his cheek. "Right, if anyone found out they would want to tell everyone so they can get a strong competitor out the way. But I think I see what you want to say, team up so we can sweep Death's Kingdom and get a spot in the next world, am I right?"

A small smile formed on Alex's face before she nods. "Yes, two awakened working together would be amazing, and by the time we sweep Death's Kingdom, news of us would probably spread around the place, including to the other top ten even if we aren't on the very top of the leaderboard. after we go to the next world I'm sure news of us would spread pretty fast and maybe we could find a couple others awakened there to team up with, though then again we don't know how that place works do we." They let out a sigh. "But Alex, how do I know I can trust you?"

"Why would I reveal my identity to you? You could now tell everyone in this gym who I am, though it's also the same for me, then again you'd have to explain how you found it out which would raise some suspicion, there's no real downside to teaming up, for now. I mean sure we'de have to share kills but if we're killing people left and right that wouldn't be a problem." Jack nods, "I'll definitely think about it, but again where's that paint I don't wanna be the odd man out here."

permanent paint, a pain to wash off but is good for a couple of things, like this." Jack stuffs his right hand in his pocket before nodding. "I'm gonna go paint this black, and explore up there, while I'm doing that I will definitely think about your offer, but don't take offense if I say no." Jack waves with his left hand before walking towards the elevator, pressing the button to call the elevator to this floor, he waits a couple of seconds before they open. Stepping in he goes to the first floor of environmental training.

It took almost no time to get there and when he steps out he's immediately hit with the smell of a city, which was different from the clean smell the rest of the building had. and what was in front of him was basically a city, tons of buildings, and holographic people were walking around, but before you actually entered the landscape there were two doors one to the left and right of Jack. Going into the left room which is where Alex said the paint was.

It did seem to be a sort of stealth/appearance/utility room, various wash-off paints that would allow you to paint your body or weapons to blend in with some scenes. There were some camo outfits, various types of belts to hold weapons, tools, etc. and various stuff like that, it took Jack a bit to find the black semi-permanent paint he was looking for but he did find it, quickly taking a small brush from nearby and quickly painting his wristband black, making sure he didn't get any paint on his skin which thankfully he didn't. Once he finished he put the brush and paint back before stepping out of the room and into the other, now that he was up here he might as well see what this place has to offer. The other room just contained various training weapons, which didn't hold actual bullets but instead would 'fire' and have something receive the shot, which is where the holographic people come in, he takes his normal set up which was a revolver, a regular grade assault rifle and a sniper rifle which he slung across his back, and he placed the revolver in a holster he always has on him.

After taking one of the HG glasses which you put on to start certain scenarios he walks out into the city, which was truly a fully sized city, and took up four whole, considerably large floors, turning on the HG glasses, he set it to the hardest scenario they had.
