"Well I figured I would help y'all out with your situation. Just don't tell ya father that I helped ya blokes out and we will be peachy? AY?" Gypsy would say while standing within the sunlight before the younger vampires.
"Your secret is safe with us Gypsy. Glad someone knew better than to listen for a change." Maurice would say smiling, and realizing that her smile couldn't be seen. Before just giving Gypsy a awkward thumbs up. "But speaking of which. What are you doing out here?"
"I was told to look around and see if there are any other people that we need to worry about. Any uninvited guests really." Gypsy would explain to them. "Really has Julius riled up having to stand by and act like a leader rather than being the warrior he was trained to be."
"Wait...there is a possibility that there is more than one person...?" Julian would ask hearing the words of the elite before him. It wouldn't be too out there of a possibility for there to be any others out there. But it also wouldn't surprise him if there was the possibility of a full blown war. It was something that surprised each of them.
"Yeah...there is a chance that Boris isn't working alone. And that his coven has placed reinforcements around the entire perimeter." Gypsy would say confirming their suspicions. And affirming how quickly they had to take him down.
"That means we have to hurry and save Aurella." Myst would be the first to speak up after a moment of speculative silence. "For if there are others...that means it would prove rather difficult to save her if we don't make it quick."
Myst did have a point. Julian would think to himself taking in this new information. If it wasn't one thing, it was surely another. And it begged the question. Was this going to be the first attempt to grab his sister?
"And that means we have to hurry up and kill Boris...before he can alert anyone else and call for back up. We have to be quick and effective about this. Or else we run a greater risk." Julian would say in a low tone looking towards the cave mouth. "This has to be something that we succeed in."
The others would nod before looking to Gypsy one last time. Seeing him brimming with a big smile.
"It just amazes me how much you guys have grown since I last saw you three. It truly amazes me knowing you three will definitely become the next elites chosen." Gypsy would say before stepping away from the three of them. "Now enough talking and wasting time. I do believe you have a sister to save Julian. So go get your asses to it. And I don't want any of you bitching about any of your pain."
They would all nod before beginning to make their way towards the cave mouth, covered in the light reflecting nano-bots, which continued to allow them to be in the day light. It was something that astounded them. Considering the effect that they had never really been out in the daylight, without having to worry about being turned into a pile of ash. Had the circumstances been different, they would have been enjoying such a sight.
Stopping before the cave mouth, right where it began. Julian would look to Myst and Maurice one more time taking a deep and calming breath. As he took in a deep and calming breath. Feeling the heat of the sun against his back. There was something deep within his mind. A gut feeling almost. That told him deep down, almost as if he could hear the words being spoken within his ear. Going into the cave, would be the last time in a long time. That he would feel the warmth of the sun, and feel the joy that it even vaguely began to bring up within him.
Looking towards the entrance once more, he would take in a deep breath. "Let's kill us a vampire" He would say in a low tone before walking into the cave first drawing the long sword that had rested on his side for just a small amount of time. Yet somehow felt like it had been his for the longest time. It made little to no sense to him. But he wasn't in the mind to question such a thing. He was in the mind that he needed to spill blood.
"And let us rescue Aurella." Myst would say smiling and following in step behind Julian readying her daggers. Readying to face whatever were to come her way.
Maurice would stagger behind for a moment watching the two walk forward. Seeing the air of confidence that was beginning to breath around them. It was a sight that she had taken in multiple times within her life. And whatever power allowed her to relive these moments. She was thankful for. Although words echoed throughout her head continued to keep her constrained to reality. 'Do not alter any of the events you have seen. Observe and act the way you have in the life. And when your time comes, accept it willingly.'
It was something that shook her to the core. Almost like she were the the world serpent. Having to relive the same life over and over again. It brought her to near levels of insanity, yet she had to push through it. For it was these moments, in which she felt the reality of them. That made her feel alive. That made her feel in the moment.
Taking a deep breath, she took a moment longer to gather herself before continuing on farther into the cave. Behind the two she had spent so much time around, yet so little. It was something that amazed her to the core. And she felt thankful to whatever allowed her to live this life. Even if it was a reoccurring hell.
For it was the only time she wasn't feeling the pain that the future had to bring. And the purpose she had to play within it. And she wanted to cherish this moment for as long as she could.
