The Master of Bugs

Julian would be running down the caverns of the cave system. He would eventually conjure up a ball of flames within his hand. Illuminating the space around him, with flickering flames that pushed back the darkness around him. Allowing him to see the massive amount of bugs that lingered around him. There was a inconceivable amount of bugs crawling over the walls, especially considering the fact that the only infestation that there was, was caused by the vampire that he was aiming to kill.

Looking behind him he would take notice of Myst and Maurice slowly catching up to him as they made their way through the cave system. He would stop for a moment and indicate to them the signs of more light coming from a small room off to the side. They would all silently and carefully look into the room, seeing some specks of blood upon the ground.

"Maurice...can you use your locator magic on this room?" Julian would ask in a low tone looking back towards the crawling darkness that lay just outside of the room. Keeping his eyes peeled for anything that might try to ambush them from behind.

Maurice would nod slowly before closing her eyes and beginning to cast her spell over the room slowly. Taking her time to make sure that the spell succeeded. Eventually once the spell was completed she would see the room in vivid details to the extent that it was almost in a different color spectrum altogether.

Kneeling down she would touch the drying blood and bringing it to her mouth where she would lick it. Tasting the almost surprisingly sweet flavor that the blood itself held. As she felt herself given a quick and strong boost the likes she had never felt even with regular blood. It was something that only the blood of pure bred vampires like Julian and Aurella would have.

Looking up to Julian and Myst. Maurice would shake her head some before focusing her mind on the almost high strung state just the small amount of this blood managed to put her in. "This is Aurella's blood alright. Don't know of any Morgan vampire that is a pure bred. And if there were any. We would have had much bigger problems with that being the case." Maurice would say confirming the suspicions that the other two held.

"Any sign that this was Boris' doing?" Julian would question in a tone that almost begged for even more reasons to kick that damned Morgan's ass up and down this cave system.

"It wasn't done by Boris no...from what I could tell...there is another here with Aurella. She wasn't the only one taken by Boris it seems. But that is just a speculation at this rate. But Boris was in this room for just a short moment due to the lack of bugs. Seems they don't really like the light given off by many sources of light. Or any that aren't really concentrated." Maurice would say in response. Giving Julian everything that he needed in order to face down the vampire.

Taking a deep breath and gathering himself. Julian would begin to walk into the forever expanding expanse of darkness before him. And beginning to make his way deeper into the cave system without another word to the two females.

Trading worried looks they would quickly stand and begin making their way after him.

Hearing them following, Julian would glance back to them. "You two split off from me and go find my sister. I will go handle Boris. There will be no argument in this. Since we don't know what else is in here besides him and bugs." Julian would say in a commanding manner.

Nodding the other two would begin to run past Julian forming their own source of light and beginning to run down the cave. Hoping that they would find Aurella before anything truly serious would happen.

Julian as soon as he felt their presence vanish from his field of influence. Would take in several breathes of air as he felt his blood begin to rush through his veins. As he felt all of his senses begin to enhance to the point in which they were on the verge of being over stimulating.

Walking through the cave system, he would eventually find a split. Choosing to go down that one he would begin to feel the presence of several hundred crawling bugs around him as he would find himself in the middle of a decently sized room. About twenty feet wide, thirty feet long, and roughly twelve feet high. And standing in the middle would be one Boris Morgan. Who had his eyes closed as if he were concentrating on something.

"Man. I am almost disappointed in how easy it was to catch up to you Boris. Were you waiting for me?" Julian would say loud enough to garner the attention of the older vampire before him. Who just eyed him with a cruel gaze.

"Seems you will go far and beyond for your sister. Even braving running through the day light. What a pity. Looks like I get to kill you without the audience." Boris would say smiling as the groups of bugs around them began to bunch together to create bulbs of light to allow for there to be a decent amount of light within the room. "I want to kill you with me bare hands. And without the external use of my bugs. Think you can manage brat?"

Julian would let the flames within his free hand die out as he took a stance standing before Boris eyeing him with a look of pure anger. "I can keep up with you and then some you walking corpse. I just hope you are ready to die where you stand." He would say as his greenish eyes slowly filled with a deep crimson hue. Before emitting a low glow.

The sight of this would incite a smile upon Boris' face before cracking his knuckles. "So you have already awakened your ability. For being such a young vampire, I am surprised you are even capable of that much." he would say in a taunting tone. Before taking a stance where he stood. As ready as Julian was to end this once and for all.
