07 Meeting At The Tree

Angelica made her way through the large wooden corridor. Stopping near the arc balcony that displayed a massive flower garden.

Beautiful! With the vibrant colours of flowers all around it was truly a magnificent sight. But the main attraction would be the silver wood tree. Completely sliver from wood to leaf. It brought out a different thing in the garden. Mysterious by the silver and beautiful by the surroundings.

She gazed out to garden and watched at many servants or officials travel from and too. She smiled and made her way towards the Destiny Tree room.

Before her departure, Aurelian asked her to meet with him before she left. As for why, he didn't say much and told her she'll find out eventually when she got there.

Destiny tree, is just like the silver wood trees outside, yet they carry unmeasurable amount of power and above that the wood is so hard to cut that they had made special tool for cutting it, but it's where about we're currently unknown.

Or the most likelihood it may have been destroyed.

Located inside the palace and heavily guarded. It also had a spirit attending to it and making sure that the tree was alive and healthy.

While in thought she walked down the hall bringing a lot of attention to herself. Most of the palace people knew who she was. But after waking up many looked at her with question and most of all stunned when they saw her.

Her beauty was one of a kind. Silver waist length hair and blue ocean eyes and a curved body to die for. She brought in a lot of envy from women and praise from men.

Angelica didn't pay attention to them, instead she looked at one of the picture displayed on the wall that made her stop walking. It showed a picture of the first elf king and the bow that was made from the Destiny tree.

Crescentia Kingdom was actually very small, the number of elf's that live in it are below 30 thousand, yet it was very powerful. The first elf king, Zaidin Crescentia had made this place as a safe haven for elves.

Since at the time elf people had the ability to best heal and many races took advantage of that and put elf's into slavery. It was a crazy rumor about elves blood being able to heal anything. If it wasn't for the war that happened then this kingdom wouldn't have existed.

Zaidin Crescentia created the bow that Aurelian currently had. It said that he forced the other races to stop attacking elves using the bows power and that the land they currently live in was where the bow was last used and also home of where this very tree stayed.

Since that day elves had freedom and that Creacentia had become the first elf kingdom to be recognized.

Angelica admire this story for a long time. As her race was no different. Witch were kind and evil. They can cure people with their rare herbal remedies and curse those who hurt them.

Until the witch hunt started. Just like that elf's they were hunted and killed with any mercy. Yet those dark times had long passed and it would only be recorded in history books.

"Princess Silver" said a cold voice. Snapping her attention back to reality. She looked at the man that called her. It was the royal guard's captain for the palace, Del Landon.

He wore a blue guards uniform and had a dark blur cap around him, while his sword rested around his waist. He had short emerald hair and emerald eyes just like Valeria.

It's obvious that there siblings but one is warm to her while the other is cold.

He had been taking care of the rebels at the outside of the palace while she took care of them on the inside. For that he respected her, but for all the other quirks she had, he pretty much hated it. And he often questioned whether or not she was a princess due to her not-so-serious-nature and gracefulness.

Angelica only nodded her head at him and ignored him when she already saw the judging eyes he had. While she continued to walk towards the room she was supposed to be at.

Stoping at a huge door, she gently pushed it open and found Aurelian waiting in the middle with two other people.

Del who was walking behind her also entered the room and a total of five people were present.

"Angelica your here, thanks for coming on time." Aurelian sarcastically said.

She scoffed at him and replied, "I'm not always late and please get in with the reason we're here. My time is short."

Aurelian wasn't mad at her tone but the two people beside him were mad. But they didn't say anything and let them continue.

"Insolent! How dare you talk to his highness like that!" Said one of the men.

Angelica raised her brow at him and then turned to the man and gave him a smile. "Was I taking to you? Currently I'm talking to my friend, Aurelian Crescentia. Not your highness and King. So shut it."

"Why-, how dare you?! How can you brashly call his highness your friend? How can he be friends with a mere being like you?" He said.

Angelica didn't get mad instead she smiled and snapped her fingers.

Minister who was fuming suddenly found himself in the air. Surprised he tried to call out his magic when all of a sudden he was moving though the air in fast speed all around the room. He looked like a crazy bouncing ball hitting everything he touched. It was quite funny!

Aurelian and Del just looked at the minister with pity as they watched the whole thing. He just mess with the wrong person. All though Angelica was a forgiving person, those who looked down on her will face her wrath.

Del was having a headache and finally he stopped her magic using water to trap him in and brought the minister down. He was a mess, his hair and clothes, all of it was a mess. But it looked like he was more like traumatized by the whole thing.

"Alright that's enough, he was in the wrong Princess Silver. Please don't mind him." Del said to Angelica.

"Captain Del, I wasn't really mad. But I felt that he should have a breeze of fresh air and I just helped."

An innocent expression was shown on her face.

Del and Aurelian: "....." Who are you trying to fool?

Angelica: "He doesn't need to thank me either." As if she didn't notice there expression.

Del just sighed, "Princess Silver, let us continue with the meeting and do not kind these people."

"Yes Captain Del, I shall ignore them for your sake." Angelica said to him.

Puffing out a sigh he glared at the ministers who caused trouble before looking at Aurelian who smiled at him.

"Then shall we get on with it?" Aurelian said to the both of them.
